Welcome to our charming waterfront Oasis! Located on Blue Bill Cove, our private cottage is steps away from Island Park beach, dining, & local attractions. Stroll down Park Ave to enjoy some ice cream and burgers at Schultzy's or a lobster roll from Flo's Clam Shack (seasonal) while you take in the ocean views. Head to Bristol or Newport, relax at one of the local vineyards and breweries, or enjoy a day on the golf course. Our cottage is also conveniently located near wedding venues & colleges.

About a half mile walk to Scarborough beach - path at Sakonnet and Ocean Rd and wagon /chairs provided. H/C outdoor shower. Large deck and large side yard on oversized lot - great for yard games. House faces east toward the ocean and empty lot opposite - more privacy. 5 bedrooms - 3 of them have queen mattresses and 2 of them have queen AND a twin. All bedding and towels included.

3 bedroom, 2 bath home conveniently located a 5 minute walk away from Scarborough beach. There is plenty of yard space to enjoy outdoor activities by day and sitting on the patio under the string lights by night as well as an outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach. The large main living/dining area offers space to gather and the modern kitchen is complete with all necessities. 3 bedrooms offer a king, queen, and 2 twin beds for a good night's sleep with 2 updated bathrooms.

Our newly renovated cottage provides an ocean view! We’re located within minutes of 3 local beaches, and within walking distance of the Block Island Ferry! A washer/dryer, full kitchen, outdoor shower, wifi, and BBQ grill are all fully available to guests during their stay. This is our second home! We are confident that you’ll find the necessary amenities to stay comfortable! Although children are welcome, we would not recommend our cottage to a family with small children.

The charming waterfront home is directly across the street from a small private beach. Perfect area for families with young children. Private entrance to East Matunuck beach is just a two minute walk down the street. There is ample parking for 3-4 cars . This house has 1 queen size bedroom and one twin with trundle on the lower level (both bedrooms with TVs). The lower level also houses the living room with large screen TV, full bathroom, kitchen and laundry.
