Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Schaumburg

A lovingly furnished cottage with small garden in the countryside. The hosts have really thought of everything to make the stay the best. The great furnished kitchen is particularly notable, where the joy of cooking comes up. From good pots to the hand blender, everything is available. Even a generous hygiene emergency set can be found in the bathroom. We had good sleep in the comfortable beds, very homely under the sloping roof. The two separate bedrooms are also great for families with kids. We will be happy to come back.

Super nice house and nice quiet location to relax and come down! We felt right at home and were totally impressed by the accommodation. Restaurants, grocery stores, bakers and a small beach bar in the vicinity and total idyll. Many beautiful hiking routes from the property even without a car. The house was super equipped and totally well coordinated. Every corner of the house invited you to relax. Felix and Holger were friendly, uncomplicated and quickly accessible. We definitely recommend it! Not unlikely that we will come again:)

We had a very nice weekend among friends here. The house is cozy and very well equipped for cooking together. The rooms and beds were very clean and everything was in very good condition. We will be happy to come back.

We had a very nice and quiet stay with six adults and a dog at the property. The wooden house is really very nice, new and well equipped. We particularly liked the open kitchen and the living room, as well as the small private garden. The surrounding area is a residential area with no great opportunities for activities. This was more than suitable for us, as we wanted to spend time together. Smaller walks are possible, the public transport connection to Hanover is ok. The shopping directly across the street probably still closed until the end of 2025, so it makes sense to use a car for shopping in the next town. The house is quite audible due to its construction, which is no problem if all guests have a similar sleeping rhythm;) Overall, we had a great stay and everything met our expectations!

A great place with a great host. I had a wonderful stay! The apartment is exactly as described in the pictures – clean, well equipped and super cozy. The attention to detail and the garden was particularly beautiful for me. The house is large and offers plenty of space. Janett was extremely friendly, helpful and always available if any questions came up. The location of the property is also perfect for exploring the area. I highly recommend this place to anyone and I'd love to come back!

I can only say great things about our stay here! The house had all the needed amenities and we felt like home. Don’t miss out the opportunity to walk in the nearby park that is so peaceful. :)

Due to our flight times from Antalya to Hanover, our request to check in as early as 9-10 hours from our reservation was rejected. We were asked to pay an additional fee of €600 to make this happen, and even though we vacated the house as early as 12 hours due to flight times, we were still greeted with intolerance. So it was quite annoying to book a hotel again at night on our arrival. Due to our fair duty, we were only at home at night and delivered the house as clean and smooth as we received it. Although we are known to have a stay like this, everything was fine except for the fact that our early check-in request was turned down. We had a time proportional to the expectations due to the location of the house. It's possible to have a smooth and comfortable time when food and drink preparation is made in advance. It has clean and quality household items. But it can be said that the host's living conditions or disrespect, it was partially uncomfortable that all his private belongings were exposed.

The apartment was more comfortable than in the photos and was perfect for two people. Peaceful location and short trip to the city center and train station. Annabelle always responded to inquiries quickly and kindly.

We are very satisfied. The unit is one small , comfortable and luxurious jewel . Clean and furnished with all the necessities room and kitchen . I recommend !

Our stay with Irene and Micha was really nice. The two are very warm, open and helpful hosts and the place is comfortable and spacious. You can tell that someone was thinking about the amenities and it has everything you need. The view from the large balcony is amazing and the area is wonderfully quiet. Nevertheless, both the city center and many excursion destinations can be reached quickly from there. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back!

The place is 100% worth recommending. My boyfriend and I spent a wonderful weekend. The host greeted us upon arrival and showed us apartment, gave us the most important information and remained at our disposal if needed. The apartment is very well equipped and beautiful. You can feel at home there and you certainly don't want to leave this place. The jacuzzi is a dream come true for those expecting relaxation. We would like to thank the hosts for creating this wonderful place and putting their heart into every detail that you can feel from crossing the threshold of the apartment. We really enjoyed our stay. We went to Bielefeld to visit my wife's sister who is in college. The accommodation is perfectly located: close to the city center, close to the university, close to a very nice park. It is in a pretty and quiet, residential area. The apartment is very nice, functional and very well-equipped. It's perfect for a family with kids. We appreciated the communication with the owners who really sought to make our stay easier. To park the car, parking on nearby streets is limited in duration (3h) and paying, but we were able to park on a street about 600m away and it was unlimited and free. We highly recommend this home!
