It is enchantingly secluded in the garden and by the field - and yet very close to the city (10 minutes to the university, city centre, main station and motorway) and has been renovated with high-quality materials in line with building biology. The quietly located, well-kept and bright apartment (28 square meters) in Trier-Ruwer-Höhenlage is located in the basement (1 floor down) of a 5-party house with views of the countryside. In the entrance area, there is a small kitchenette. From here you can go straight to the bathroom with shower/toilet. To the left - separated from the kitchen area - is the spacious living/sleeping room. With a cozy sitting area, smart TV and Wi-Fi, you can relax very well here close to nature.

Our stylish cottage is situated in the charming wine village Wiltingen. From the spacious living room and the balcony you have a beautiful view on the Altenberg. The large garden overlooks the village and the surrounding vineyards and is great for all sorts of activities. Enjoy a meal from the grill, relax in the hammock between the apple trees and at the end of the day watch the sunset with a cool Riesling wine. The Riesling-grapes grow right behind the garden gate.

My property is located in the quiet district of Auf der Weissmark, in the immediate vicinity of the local recreation and nature reserve Mattheiser Weiher . Downtown is 4 km away, there is a very good bus connection. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and has its own lockable entrance. A private car parking space is located right in front of the house. The small daylight bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and sink.

Unser ca. 30qm großes Studio steht dir zur alleinigen Verfügung, hat einen eigenen Zugang und Parkplatz. Viele Rad- und Wanderwege finden sich in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Unser Studio liegt ebenerdig, ist aber nur durch eine Treppe erreichbar (nicht barrierefrei).
