The town center and the beach are only about 10 minutes' walk or 5 minutes by bike. The highlights of the spacious apartment are the sunny south-west balcony with lake view and the fireplace. The spacious layout of about 90 m² and the bright complete furnishings ensure your well-being throughout the stay.

Our forest villa, completed in 2025, is surrounded by numerous pine trees and is located directly in the coastal forest just 200 m away from the beautiful sandy beach of the Lubmin seaside resort. It is a unique wood-paneled architectural house with a large private terrace, two bedrooms each with a king-size box spring bed and separate bathrooms, a children's room, sauna, fireplace and modern interior design that leaves nothing to be desired and invites you to feel good.
