Biathlon enthusiasts are in Oberhof, the Mecca of the fan community, in 15 minutes. A small hike along the Ohra to the magnificently restored Ohrdruf Palace is worthwhile. The house is part of a half-timbered ensemble of Italian Romanticism. The spacious room has a double bed, adjacent to the bathroom. The kitchen in the house can also be used. Breakfast on request.
