The cozy vacation rental is on the ground floor of an apartment building. Living room, bedroom, fully equipped kitchen and a small bathroom with shower is at your disposal here. There are sleeping options for max. 4 - 5 people. We now have a nice new double bed (1.40 m wide) and two single beds in the bedroom. So 3 - 4 people can sleep very comfortably. They also have their own parking space on our property.

Internet: 50 megas download, 10 megas upload Deutsch: (for english please use Google translate) The whole apartment is fully equipped, there is an Aldi supermarket across the street and the city center is within easy walking distance. The entrance to the city park is 20 meters away. There is a beer garden with wonderful food in the middle of the park and a famous Michelin (1) restaurant very close by.

Perfectly located for hiking, concerts, outdoor swimming pool and much more. Great connections to Schwarzenberg, Aue, Chemnitz and Zwickau (bus stops 3+15 minutes walk). Shopping, an ice cream shop and restaurants are in walking distance. The cozy apartment for 2 guests offers one bedroom, living room, bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a quiet garden section. Bright, lovingly furnished apartment

Centrally but quietly located with wonderful views of the mountains and St. Wolfgang's Church, the apartment is located on the 2nd floor of our owner-occupied family home. As a former Royal Saxon Bobbin School and later branch of the Academy of Fine Arts, the building is now privately owned and is inhabited by us as the owner and family with 4 children.
