This newly renovated 2 level holiday apartment with double bed and quality sleeping couch is located in the idyllic foothills of the Alps, at 1000 mtrs above sea level. Our breeding farm includes alpacas, dairy cows, pigs, bees, goats, chickens, cats and our child-friendly dog. We offer a special holiday experience where you have the opportunity to meet all the farm animals and their offspring up close. Welcome to Appenzellerland, in the valley of the Silvesterchläuse, in Urnäsch, an old house with a separate entrance, a nice place to sit, directly on the Urnäsch (stream) and the Postbus stop towards Schwägalp, the duplex apartment was renovated in the 1970s, with a small kitchen and a spacious living room to linger in, simple, quiet and cozy and good to know, in the other part of the house (private entrance) my parents live, but this does not affect you.

In just 13 minutes, you can take the PostBus to the nearest ski resort. Beautiful hikes can be made from the front door. Starting from a booking of one night, you will receive the Toggenburger guest card with which you can benefit from many discounts. You can travel for free in Obertoggenburg by public transport.

Charming pavilion with double bed (sofa bed) and bathroom. To heat the cottage, you can fire up the fireplace, and cosy warmth is guaranteed! In summer, a mass storage room is also available in the stable, e.g. for families. There is a kitchen available, about 20m from the cottage. On request, we will provide breakfast for an extra charge of CHF 13.00 per person, which must be paid in advance as we have unfortunately had bad experiences.

The cozily furnished studio (first floor) is located at 800 meters above sea level in a quiet residential area. From the sunny seating area you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Alpstein (Säntis). A grill bowl is available there. The bus or Appenzellerbahn train can be reached within a 10-minute walk. Within 10 km there are various leisure facilities (mini golf, swimming pools, hiking, skiing, biking).
