The house features an open-plan living and dining area with a wood-burning stove, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The two bedrooms offer one king-size double bed and two single beds. The sofa bed provides two additional sleeping spaces. The bathrooms include a shower, a bathtub, and an infrared sauna. The terrace is furnished with garden furniture, a beach chair, a parasol, and a charcoal grill. An outdoor parking space is available in front of the house.

House Mianka Schönhagen

The house Mianka is located 10 minutes by car from the port city of Kappeln and between the Baltic Sea resorts of Olpenitz and Damp (each 15 minutes by car) in the Baltic Sea resort of Schönhagen. The beach promenade with bathing beach (DLRG) is within walking distance. Towards Damp you can admire the natural cliffs, so there is something for everyone. A playground, shopping, bakery and gastronomy can also be reached in 6 minutes, as well as the Schönhagen castle park.

Nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt bietet Kyst18 eine klare, moderne Einrichtung, und ein wohliges Ambiente. Rauchen und Haustiere sind in der gesamten Unterkunft nicht erlaubt. Bitte respektiert dies, da wir häufig mit unseren 2 Kindern hier Urlaub machen

Charming fisherman's cottage in Maasholm, apartment "Luv"

In the center of Maasholm village stands one of the oldest houses (built around 1728). It was restored for two years and now combines the charm of the historic fisherman's cottage with modern comforts. The result is two duplex apartments with plenty of privacy and a feel-good atmosphere. The first floor impresses with its characteristic, visible wooden ceiling (2 meters to 2.2 meters) and bright, friendly rooms. The upper floor was opened "airy" to the roof ridge.

Sea view in a quiet dream location

Dreamlike idyllic location, between forest, meadows and sandy beach 250 m away, the apartment completed at the beginning of 2025 with special architecture and minimalist design. If you want to listen to the sound of the sea (with an east wind), the call of a red kite (with a west wind), marvel at sunrises over the Baltic Sea (from the bedroom) and explore the beautiful landscape between Schlei and Geltinger Bay with a view of Denmark, this is the place to be.

Our "Liese" for 2-3 persons is Nordic clear, bright and open. From 2021 to 2022, the basement of the house was comprehensively core renovated and provided with a tidy interior. The approx. 60sqm apartment includes a large integrated living and kitchen area, a spacious bedroom and a modern bathroom with rain shower. The rear exit of the house leads into the garden - it extends directly to the Schlei and has its own jetty with bathing facilities.
