Charming fisherman's cottage in Maasholm, apartment "Luv"

In the center of Maasholm village stands one of the oldest houses (built around 1728). It was restored for two years and now combines the charm of the historic fisherman's cottage with modern comforts. The result is two duplex apartments with plenty of privacy and a feel-good atmosphere. The first floor impresses with its characteristic, visible wooden ceiling (2 meters to 2.2 meters) and bright, friendly rooms. The upper floor was opened "airy" to the roof ridge.

The apartment "Schleiblick" offers a spectacular view of the Baltic Sea and Schlei. Spread over two levels, it includes a light-flooded living room on the 1st floor with fireplace and sofa bed, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with large dining table. Located on the "great width" of the Schlei, the surroundings invite you to explore. It takes less than 15 minutes to get there on foot. Located in the middle of the beautiful cities of Eckernförde and Schleswig, all possibilities are open to you.

The "bedroom" is a half-height lounging area (no standing height), which can be reached via a small wooden ladder/staircase. Also from the bed you have a great view of the water. There is also a TV corner. 1 car parking space in a parking lot secured with a barrier is at your disposal.

We can accommodate 2-16 people in 4 (website hidden) on the first floor of the former horse stable with direct access to the courtyard lake. The cozy duplex apartment was furnished in the winter of 2020. It is located just 50 meters from the beach. It is only about 100 meters. So you are right in the middle of the quiet center of the Baltic Sea resort Eckernförde with a free parking space in the Jungfernstieg 108 parking garage.

The "Sonnendeck" overlooks the Eckernförder harbour and is located in the immediate vicinity of the beach in a newly built apartment building. You will love the light-flooded apartment and especially the large sun terrace offers space for relaxation.
