If you are looking for relaxation, this apartment (1st floor) is just right. It has enough space for 2 adults (+1 other person). The associated kitchen, bathroom and living/sleeping area are equipped with all the appliances that make the stay easier. The sun can be enjoyed wonderfully on the balcony. Pets are allowed (additional costs apply). The neighborhood is quiet, yet the house is centrally located. The pedestrian zone or promenade is only a 15-minute walk away.

Charming fisherman's cottage in Maasholm, apartment "Luv"

In the center of Maasholm village stands one of the oldest houses (built around 1728). It was restored for two years and now combines the charm of the historic fisherman's cottage with modern comforts. The result is two duplex apartments with plenty of privacy and a feel-good atmosphere. The first floor impresses with its characteristic, visible wooden ceiling (2 meters to 2.2 meters) and bright, friendly rooms. The upper floor was opened "airy" to the roof ridge.

The apartment is about 100 m² in size, has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is to level earth and has its own entrance. It has its own terrace and is located to the south side of the house. The rooms are furnished with antique furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, fridge. The bathroom has a large corner bath and a double sink. In the living room there is a large flat screen TV. And many shelves with books for all tastes.

Staying in our 75 square meter vacation apartment gives our guests a very special sense of vacation. When you open doors and windows, the sounds of the forest, the garden and the sea birds flow in. Modernized open and airy apartment with stunning views over Kiel Bay, located right by the Kiel Schilksee Marina. The "bedroom" is a half-height lounging area (no standing height), which can be reached via a small wooden ladder/staircase. Also from the bed you have a great view of the water. There is also a TV corner. 1 car parking space in a parking lot secured with a barrier is at your disposal.

Living on the estate

In front of the gates of Kiel lies the Marutendorf estate in the middle of the Westensee Nature Park. We can accommodate 2-16 people in 4 (website hidden) on the first floor of the former horse stable with direct access to the courtyard lake. In the lower part of the building there is a large kitchen with adjoining dining room and hall
