Magical fisherman's cottage in Maasholm, apartment "Lee"

In the center of Maasholm village stands one of the oldest houses (built around 1728). It was restored for two years and now combines the charm of the historic fisherman's cottage with modern comforts. The result is two duplex apartments with plenty of privacy and a feel-good atmosphere. The first floor impresses with its characteristic, visible wooden ceiling (2 meters to 2.2 meters) and bright, friendly rooms. The upper floor was opened "airy" to the roof ridge.

This pretty spot of earth is located between Lübeck and Kiel - in the middle of beautiful Holstein Switzerland - and is also just a stone's throw from the Baltic Sea. Our farm is over 125 years old and is surrounded by meadows and fields, between Schlei and Baltic Sea, on the Schwansen peninsula. We have a dog, a cat, 11 chickens and two roosters. Eckernförde and Kappeln are each just 15 km away, to the Baltic Sea beach it is 3 km, the Baltic Sea resort of Damp, with numerous leisure activities, 7 km.
