You can spend a very original night either nestled on fragrant organic hay in the bed treats, in the shepherd's chamber with 2 rustic, cosy beds on organic oat straw mattresses with toppers, or on the open and airy gallery, our "Ewerbude", on normal mattresses! Each room can accommodate 2 people, for a total of 6 people.

In the middle of the Siebenmühlental idyll, the beautiful nature invites you to go riding, hiking, walking, and cycling as well as all kinds of excursions.

You can make full use of all rooms with kitchen and bathroom. Nearby you will find great hiking trails, reservoirs, Europe's largest extinct volcano and even a swimming pool nearby on foot. A thermal bath with salt cave is 13 km away (Bad Salzhausen).

Casa Buchenweg

This small, approx. 50 sqm granny apartment is located on the outskirts of Schotten, on the edge of the Vogelsberg/Hoherodskopf. Here you can go hiking or cycling perfectly. Shops and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. The apartment has one bedroom (bed 2 × 2 m)/bathroom/kitchen-living room and a small covered terrace. A parking space is right by the house. Bicycles can be parked on/next to the terrace and charged if needed.

The house is over 500 years old, was completely newly renovated in 1994 sustainably and with style-appropriate materials yet also modern. It is a closed courtyard surrounded by old stone walls and lots of plants, great for children and animals.
