The place has a very great layout and is very cozily furnished. It has everything you need for a stay in the area. The seat in front of the house was wonderful for dinner in the evening sun. The surroundings are very quiet and pleasant. Our special requests were quickly fulfilled and the communication with Franziska was very pleasant and uncomplicated. Public transport connections for excursions in the area are also good. We highly recommend the accommodation for holidays in the region with family. And will also be happy to come back sometime. We stayed at this place for the second time, which actually speaks for itself. It was a great stay again. The absolute highlight for us is the old wood-burning stove that you can use. Thanks for this great place and hopefully see you soon

Cosy place for family of 5 for a short summer break. Close to SPAR for food shop, good eateries and central for lots of activities. Host was very welcoming and neighbours very friendly too. Would highly recommend.

It was now our third ski trip that we spent with Claudius. Everything was fine again. We liked it very much again! We would come back any time and can recommend Claudius's place with a clear conscience. Claudius's house is also ideal for holidays outside the winter season. You are in the middle of a hiking and biking area or you can just enjoy the seclusion. GREAT THING!

The apartment is in a great location. Especially in front of the bus that leads to the ski resort. In addition, it has been very cozy, perfectly equipped and just right for us. Nicole is friendly and communication went perfectly. Looking forward to next time!

Alice and Boris's apartment is very pleasant, clean and well-equipped. It is located a little outside of Überligen, minutes from the center. Inside the apartment, it was very quiet (in summer, outside, however you can hear the traffic from a fairly busy road). We highly recommend this modern rental.

Very nice appartment! Good equipped! Nice and warm welcome from the owners in the shape of a nice welcoming document and a nice bottle of wine. There was a small problem with the bandwith of the internet and the owners immediately took action.

Important practical information not listed in the listing: Bus 8 from the main road leaves every 15 minutes to Sankt Anton. The free ski bus stops 100 meters from the Nasserein lift. It is just over 1 kilometer from the home and down to the bus stop, but you can park your car at the opposite stop where the bus stops when you drive home from Sankt Anton. It's about 200 meters between the two stops. The free ski depot that comes with the apartment is staffed, where staff are standing every day for skis, boots and ski poles and hand it out again. The ski spot is located 100 meters from bus stops and there is direct access from the shop up to the Nasserein lift.

Wasserburg is small, quaint and everything is wonderful within walking distance. Bakeries, butcher, farm produce shops, bio shops, restaurants, fish shops, pharmacy, banks and the train station all within a very short walking distance. easy access to the 2 bigger cities Friedrichshafen and Lindau/insel. lovely to just walk through to the surrounding villages too. excellent base camp

We stayed for three nights with our two kids at Michaela's place and it was amazing. The location is beautiful, a peaceful place with amazing views of the mountains. The house itself (you're staying on the ground floor of their home) is perfect, it is clean, well-organized, and for our kids there was lots to do: toys, games, a playground in the garden. Michaela was very clear and helpful, and very quickly responsive to all our questions. All-in-all a great host and a great place to stay!

Great terrace with beautiful views, spacious living space. Great equipped kitchen. Top ski room and the luxury of driving from the garage directly into the apartment by elevator.

We again had a very pleasant stay in one of Anne's apartments and can only further recommend it. Perfect location, very nice apartment and the sauna is definitely a bonus compared to other apartments in the resort. Very friendly communication, clear instructions and fast response times. The best has been the fast communication about our forgotten jackets and the fact that they were sent to us by post already the next day.

We stayed for 10 days in Thomas's beautiful and lovingly renovated apartment. We felt very welcome and really enjoyed our stay. Also highly recommended with a small child, it had everything from toys to children's cutlery and even a travel cot. We highly recommend the apartment.

Andreas is extremely friendly and strives to ensure that nothing stands in the way of a great stay. Everything is well organized, even with a Welcom gift. Laax with its unique mountains and nature is a dream. If Peter plays along and you can stay in a feel-good oasis, the happiness is just perfect! The apartment is lovingly furnished down to the last detail; which really leaves nothing to be desired. The apartment is clean, it has plenty of space and uniquely comfortable beds. The apartment has a very spacious layout and there is plenty of storage space for clothes, shoes, etc. In the kitchen you will find everything you need (lots of pans, dishes, glasses, cutlery, oil, vinegar, spices, etc.) Our children totally loved the huge range of toys. It is not self-evident to provide such a large offer. The bus stop as well as the cable car can be reached on foot in a short time. We will be happy to come back!

The apartment is spacious and clean. The kitchen is equipped with every cooking tool. The location is particularly convenient given the proximity of a supermarket (50 meters) and the highway. I would definitely go back!
