Monthly Rentals in Schuyler Lake

Samantha’s home was the perfect find and we’re shocked it was available on short notice. The entire home has been renovated and it was done beautifully. They didnt cut any corners. This house was perfect for adventuring all around Cooperstown, Milford, Fly Creek etc and was very centrally located. The location may be in the country, but the inside of the house felt far from it! We had to book our stay very last minute as we had another booking go awry upon check-in and we couldn’t have been happier that this was available. She responded immediately to our request to book at 7:30pm. Even without knowing they’d have guests, the house was ready and immaculate. We’ve traveled many places, and excluding any 5br+ vacation homes, this was probably the cleanest and nicest Airbnb we’ve booked for a quick family getaway!

This was the perfect place for a getaway with a large group. Nadia is extremely responsive, and ensured our stay was flawless. The property is beautiful and is located in an area that is very easy to get to. If in the area again, we would look to stay here first!!

We spent a week at a tiny home and loved our stay. The property sits on a large beautiful lawn with lovely pine trees, we spent time by the fire pit on comfy chairs, grilled food outdoors and had meals at the picnic table. House is spacious for its name and pretty cozy. Everything looks new and clean. Location is perfect. We definitely would want to come back and highly recommend it to others. Thank you Brad for providing this lovely gem! 

The location is just as pictured and both Christine and Jeff are very friendly and outgoing people. The place is very clean and well stocked with whatever you may need during your stay. The kitchen had fresh eggs from their chickens and plenty of spices and items that you will need for cooking. Plenty of hot water as well which was great! They even provide a binder with things to do in the area and places to eat. Very well thought out and very helpful since our party traveled 3-4 hrs to get there. If you forget something, not a problem, there are plenty of places to shop close by. I highly recommend this location and am looking forward to staying here again! Thanks for the great accommodations!
