Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located home. In a few minutes walk you are in the center or at the oth. There is a small terrace with an adjoining garden. Here you can relax with a lot of peace, even after cycling on the 5-river bike path. Our small lovingly furnished apartment in the old house renovated by us leaves nothing to be desired. You can park on the neighboring street right in front of the house. 28 square meters of well-being just for you !

Quiet & pretty place, central!

Enjoy your stay with this quiet and pretty flat only walking distance from shops, restaurants and 10 to 15 min drive to Steinberger See and Murner see. This has a king size bed and an extra bed at the living room for a child or for colleage. Suitable for a small family. if you have 2 kids, one of them also can use th sofa bed. It has a Terrace so you can enjoy the good weather. Rewe, DM, Rofu, Bakery, Pharmacy, Lidl are only 3 min walk.

In addition to the beautiful open living/cooking/dining area, our granny flat has 1 separate bedroom (1.80 m double bed) plus 1 separate bathroom with shower and washing machine as standard. Optionally, there is also the possibility of requesting a second bedroom (also 1.80 m double bed) for an extra charge. Access to this second bedroom is possible via a sliding door in the living room.
