Our cozy basement apartment is located between the Franconian Forest and the Fichtel Mountains - perfect for all nature lovers and active vacationers. By bike you can reach the local recreation area Untreusee in just 10 minutes, where various outdoor activities are possible. In winter, the region offers numerous skiing opportunities on the nearby Kornberg or Ochsenkopf with various slopes for all levels or the Klinovec ski area, a little further away, but with a variety of slopes.

Living in a Gründerzeit house: Unique, cozy & a bit more beautiful! The modern loft apartment is located in a beautiful Gründerzeit house in the Hof city center. Pedestrian zone and train station are each only a few minutes walk away. The loft has a kitchenette, a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a free-standing bathtub as well as a floor-level shower. The ceiling spotlights can be adjusted in color to create an individually cozy ambiance for bathing.

A special neighborhood for self-catering in the Fichtelgebirge holiday region: in the romatic circus wagon from 1926 overlooking the Egertal. Quite in nature, with lots of wood, a cozy cuddle, an ideal retreat for one or two. Lovingly furnished with cooking facilities, seating area, a balcony, plenty of space outside with breakfast place,campfire and barbecue facilities. The shower is located in a separate bathing wagon with sink, composting toilet and shower.

It has everything you need to live and a lovely garden. The well-being of my guests is my top priority. My testers, a student and a travel friend were all completely satisfied. The well-air-conditioned new apartment with underfloor heating is modernly equipped and has a large living and dining area with access to a private terrace. A box-spring bed and a sofa bed with a topper are available. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary cooking utensils (incl. toaster, dishwasher, fridge and coffee maker, etc.).

Unser Haus ist ruhig gelegen, ca. 2 km vom schönen Untreusee entfernt. Nach Hof sind es 5 km, nach Rehau 10 km. Wir vemieten ein abgeschlossenes Apartment im Untergeschoß, bestehend aus einem Wohn-Schlafbereich ca. 24qm, einer Singleküche ca. 4qm und einem Bad ca. 3,5 qm. Die Wohnung ist mit eigenem Türöffner und einer Sprechanlage ausgestattet.
