Hello, we are Cornelia and Wolfgang. We own a small 3-room apartment with a modern fitted kitchen, living and dining room, separate bedroom, shower/WC, and hallway, which we would like to make available to our guests. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking and baking: a coffee machine, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, and freezer. Plenty of crockery is provided, as are bed and table linens, hand and tea towels, and bath towels. The living room has a corner couch that can also be converted into a sofa bed. The bedroom, accessible via two steps, has a double bed measuring 1.60 x 2.00 m. In the courtyard in front of the apartment, there is seating for up to 4 people, perfect for getting some fresh air in the summer. Since our apartment is a non-smoking apartment, smokers are welcome to stay there as well. We look forward to welcoming our guests. The apartment is ideally suited for 2-4 people. It is a self-contained unit on the ground floor. Our private apartment is on the first floor. A large park with benches and a children's playground invites you to relax in front of our building. Free parking is available in front of the building. The train station is about 700 meters from our building. The S-Bahn (commuter train), which departs every 30 minutes towards Neustadt/Wstr. or Ludwigshafen/Mannheim, provides quick access to the Weinstraße , Mannheim/Heidelberg, or even Speyer. The Plopsapark (holiday park) is only 7 km away and can be easily reached by park shuttle from the train station. A public bus stop is located right next to the park in front of the building. The town center, with its various shopping options, is just a few minutes' walk away. Bakeries, butchers, cafes, and snack bars are nearby. Lidl, Penny, Aldi, Edeka, dm, and others are also very close and easily accessible on foot. Since we live in close proximity to our guests, we are always happy to answer any questions or suggestions about various excursions, the numerous Palatinate specialty restaurants, or hiking tips in the Palatinate Forest. English is fluent, so we can also communicate with foreign guests. Haßloch is ideally located: 10km from Neustadt/Wstr., the coronation site of the German Wine Queen; 15km from Bad Dürkheim, the town with the world's largest wine barrel (which houses a restaurant); 12km from Speyer with its impressive cathedral and museum; Mannheim, the square city with its castle, is about 25km away; and Heidelberg is about a half-hour drive away. The vineyards, the Palatinate Forest with its countless hiking trails and numerous places to stop for refreshments, the German Wine Route, and much more are just a few kilometers away. Wine festivals take place almost year-round in the numerous wine-growing towns along the Wine Route. In Haßloch itself, the Andechs Beer Festival takes place every year on the third weekend in September. Andechs is a partner of the Bad Dürkheim district, and the beer festival, which grows in popularity every year, is held here in our town. In September, it is also worth visiting Bad Dürkheim’s largest wine festival, the “Dürkheimer Wurstmarkt”. Whether during grape harvest season or simply to relax, the Palatinate region is worth a visit year-round. If you plan to travel by bike, there are numerous beautiful bike paths in the immediate vicinity. The Mill Trail (several mills, some with excellent restaurants, are located in the outskirts), the Kraut und Rübenweg (Cabbage and Turnip Trail), and so on—there's much to explore. The trails are also easy to navigate for older visitors, as we are located here in the Rhine plain. So, come and discover for yourself! We designed our small apartment so that you arrive and feel at home. Please understand that we do not allow pets. We also ask that you refrain from smoking in the apartment. When you arrive, the beds will be made and fresh towels will be provided. We want you to feel comfortable and enjoy your vacation. We look forward to your visit! Whether hiking in the Palatinate, a few days of wellness or the tranquility of nature right outside the front door - a lot can be combined in this accommodation. The pool is particularly popular with our guests as it provides refreshment after sauna and walks. Privacy is also particularly appreciated, as both the pool and sauna and garden are available for exclusive use. The pool can be used all year round, but is not heated. A hot tub is not available.

The renovated holiday home "La cour de l ´Atelier" belongs to an old farm with special charm. This includes a large meadow property and fruit trees. The farm has a very beautiful old courtyard and is surrounded by its own buildings. The vacation home is ideal for large groups, family meetings, hiking groups or even bike tours. If you want, this is the ideal place to relax. This is not the right location for parties and loud gatherings.

Fantastic living in a listed villa in the city center. The apartment is located in a listed Art Nouveau villa in the immediate vicinity of downtown Speyer. There are two parking spaces available in the courtyard free of charge. The villa is in a very quiet neighborhood surrounded by other villas and listed buildings such as the former Hess felt factory. The residence of Friedrich Hess himself was precisely this villa.

Vacation home in Dudenhofen

Centrally located in the Palatinate between the Palatinate Forest and the Rhine, in the middle of the Palatinate asparagus landscape, our small apartment is looking forward to 2-4 guests. The apartment offers the perfect starting point for your Palatinate vacation: extended bike tours on the Rhine, varied hikes in the Palatinate Forest and the Rhine Valley or a nice city stroll through Speyer with its cathedral.

Pfalzfreude Winery in Hainfeld

In the tranquil Hainfeld on the popular German Wine Route is our winery built in 1738. Of course, the house has an authentic winery that invites you to linger outdoors. The lovingly and elaborately renovated house is a wonderful starting point to discover the vineyards in the immediate vicinity or the Palatinate Forest with its multitude of medieval castle ruins.
