Just around the corner, and you're right in the heart of the city, with shops, bakeries, restaurants... For rail passengers, the train station is approximately 500 metres away. There is a free car park P️ in the Rue des Fleurs; it is called Parking Place de la Foire. You can park there 24 hours a day.
