Barrierefreie Ferienwohnung mit Terrasse

Unsere Ferienwohnung ist barrierefrei und befindet sich direkt am Landschaftspark Adlershof. Ein Supermarkt und ein Bäcker sind ca. 200 m entfernt. Die Autobahn BAB ist in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen und der Flughafen BER ist ca. 15 Autominuten entfernt. Dennoch ist die Ferienwohnung ruhig gelegen. Sie befindet sich in einer Spielstraße und eine Lademöglichkeit für Elektroautos ist direkt vor der Tür. In unserem Wohngebiet gibt es immer einen Parkplatz. Hochstuhl und Reisebett sind vorhanden.

Zum Schwimmen geht es direkt aus der Gartentür zum Wald und See, ewiges Terrain für Biker und Sportler. Die Wohnung liegt verkehrsgünstig unweit der Avus. Die 2 wichtigsten S-Bahnlinien S1 und S7 sind in 5 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer mit Bett (1,60m x 2m) und im Wohnzimmer ein Schlafsofa.

The Apartment is located in Brandenburg’s most famous former ‘Lost Place’ and today historical site Beelitz-Heilstätten, built in 1902 as a sanatory. The building has been completely renovated and luxuriously modernized while keeping its charme and preserving historic details. As a designer, I designed the loft's bespoke interior myself using eco-friendly, high quality materials only. The building is surrounded by a large , parc-like, community garden and a private forest.

Auf der privaten Terrasse findet ihr Sonnenliegen, Hängematte, Essbereich und einen Whirlpool. Dazu habt ihr Zugang zu mit anderen Gästen gemeinsamen genutzten Annehmlichkeiten in unserem Haus: Kleiner Fitnessraum, Sauna, Hot Tub und Garten.

Schlafzimmer für 2 Pers, Ausziehcouch im Wohnzimmer für 2 weitere Pers. Wohnzimmer klimatisiert, Schlafzimmer und Küche mit Infrarotfußbodenheizung. Großer eingezäunter Garten mit Terrasse, Markise, Grill- und Entspannungsmöglichkeiten inklusive.

This spacious and light-filled family flat is modernly furnished and located in Weissensee in a very attractive residential area. It is the Weissenseer spite. Walking distance to the m12 and m2 trams plus multiple buses. Lidl is at the end of the street. There is a restaurant next door plus two others at the end of the street. INFO: This is a family home so they are personal belongings in the flat.
