Living room with kitchen and a double bed. Upstairs is the bedroom with a single bed and a king size bed. Plus a pull-out bed if everyone wants to sleep separately. We live next door, no key problem, even the arrival time does not matter. We're close to the train station. Griebnitzsee and Wannsee. Free parking, including trucks. Pets welcome.

Romantic coach house next to the bridge of spies!

Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Pure relaxation in the heart of Berlin. For many years, we have been enjoying life on the water and it has always been our wish to bring others closer to this lifestyle. This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

The flat is 1 S-Bahn stop away from the trendy Ostkreuz station and 2 stops away from Warschauer Strasse. PS: I own an original 5-metre Riva boat from Italy. This means that a private boat tour of Berlin can also be booked with me at any time.

The 45m² apartment sleeps three comfortably, the two front rooms have windows overlooking the river, and the entire apartment is decorated with original artwork, including handmade quilts and hand-knotted rugs. The quiet apartment (52 square meters) is part of a fisherman's house with an idyllic garden and century-old trees. It has a separate entrance and extends over two levels. The living area with kitchenette (fridge, kettle, microwave, stove) and the bathroom (shower) open up to the garden and courtyard. The bedroom (overlooking trees and water) is accessible via a staircase. The apartment is stylishly furnished and has a small library.

Vacation home "Fährblick"

We (Linda, Flori, child, child and dog) live in the beautiful small town of Pritzerbe. Pritzerbe is located about 75 km from Berlin and is optimally accessible by train. In 2013, we had the opportunity to purchase a property directly on the water. In addition to our now completely renovated single-family home, there is also the vacation home located directly on the water on the property, which has now also been partially renovated.
