The cultural cities of Kufstein (10 km) and Wörgl (5 km) are nearby. In the village, there is a large grocery store and everything you need. €3.50 tax per person/day

We are located I Schwoich Dorf (Village), in the heart of the Austrian Alps- within driving distance from Innsbruck (75 km), Kitzbuhl (22 km), Kufstein (5 km) and many other beautiful Alpine towns and resorts. The studio is on the 2nd floor of a gorgeous, traditional Tyrolean house, adjacent to a babbling brook, a horse farm and surrounded by a beautiful garden- and with all modern day amenities. The self-contained studio has a furnished kitchen, a spacious bathroom, dining and lounging areas.

KaiserInn

The KaiserInn is located between the Kaiser Mountains (10 minutes on foot) and the Inn River. It is the perfect starting point for mountain hikes, walks to the old town, the Kaiserlift, and more. In winter, there are shuttle services to ski resorts. The apartment offers cozy comfort: dining on the balcony or in the garden. Relax with a nap in the hammock, barbecue while the kids play in the sandbox? Height-adjustable workspace, or a Netflix movie when the weather is bad? Go ahead!

The farm is situated in a quiet, secluded location. On the farm there are only two apartments and also a few Icelandic horses and sheep have their home here. Here you can relax and enjoy your vacation, whether in winter with the countless winter sports possibilities or in summer with numerous hiking possibilities and swimming lakes. The Ski World can be reached in 2 minutes by car, or you can walk 400 meters on foot and start your ski day directly on the slope.

For your daily needs, there is a supermarket and a bakery in the immediate vicinity. The historic town of Kufstein can be reached by car in about 10 minutes.
