Panoramic views and tranquility, enjoy the Swiss mountains. The new 2½ room apartment is located in the quiet mountain village of Illgau in a phenomenal panoramic location. Hiking, skiing, biking, etc. from the front door. The village center with supermarket, restaurant and bank is a 5-10 minute walk away. Many destinations (Lake Lucerne, Schwyz, the largest cave in Europe, etc.) are right around the corner. In the middle of the ski/hiking region Stoos/Mythen/Muotatal. The Zurich/Gotthard highway is 15 minutes away via main roads.

The new 3.5 room apartment is located in the middle of the most beautiful alpine panorama on the largest Kuhalp in Switzerland. The Urnerboden is known for its alpine flora along the hiking trails. In winter, the cross-country ski trail is right in front of the house. The village shop, alpine cheese dairy, restaurant, cable car, church and post bus stop are within a short walking distance. Attractions nearby: - Berglistüber Waterfall - Griesslisee Klausenpass lake - Stäubifall Äsch, Unterschächen (waterfall)

A lake surrounded by mountains - Welcome to paradise

Renovated and refurnished in 2020 this charming guest suite invites you for a relaxing stay. The house resides on the foothill of the Rigi and is only a few steps from the lake of Lauerz. You share a private parking (incl) with the host. After a few steps up the hill, passing a lot of cackling ducks (yes you can feed them), you will find your entrance on the second floor after a few steps up the stair. For winter guests, three skiing regions close by will offer you a good time in the mountains.

It is located on Mount Stoos and can be reached by cable car or aerial cable car; parking is available at the valley station of the cable cars. The Stoos is car-free! Excursions are reachable by public transport: Brunnen (on Lake Lucerne): 40 min, Lucerne by boat from Brunnen or train 1 hour. 30 minutes, Schwyz 40 minutes, Zurich 1 hour 40 min. Children's playground between mountain station and apartment.

Modern, cozy and central in a hiking paradise

The apartment is located in a new apartment building on the second floor with an elevator. It is very centrally located. It is comfortably furnished. Grocery store is very close, which is open 7 days a week and offers everything for everyday use. There are also restaurants in the village. There are also several cable cars that take you to the magnificent mountains. Lake Lucerne to Beckenried is about 5 minutes by car. Emmetten is also easily accessible by public transport.

A spacious living area features a large wooden dining table with seating for six. The warm wood paneling adds natural character, while a couch and a closet are visible along the wall. Windows allow natural light to fill the room.

The apartment is located on the largest Kuhalp in Switzerland. It is surrounded by idyllic alpine panoramas and is centrally located on the Urnerboden. Alpine dairy, village shop, church, cable car and restaurant are within a 5-minute walk. You will find a well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with one double bed each and in the living area the sofa can also be used as a bed. On the private balcony you can enjoy the magnificent sunset and the fantastic mountain landscape.
