Our stay at Lucia’s place was so wonderful! She is was one of the most caring and attentive hosts we have experienced. She picked us up from the train station, walked us through her lovely appointed Airbnb (which mind you had everything anyone one could need or want). The location is perfect for walking around Agrigento and close to stores and restaurants. We hired Lucia’s husband for the day to take us to the Turkish Steps and Valley of the Temples. He was so personable. We didn’t have a car so we thought we would miss the Turkish Steps so we were so grateful he did this for us. Please don’t hesitate to stay if looking for a great place while in Agrigento!

This is our second time staying at this location because we love it so much! It has beautiful views and is walking distance to everything you need. Highly recommend.

It was a perfect stay, the apartment is huge, especially for two persons...it was fully equipped, every room is air-conditioned, and parking is easy and comfortable in the private car-park. Beach is really close, few minutes walk. Communication with host was good, but check-in and greeting are managed by Antonietta, the neighbour, who is the kindest person in the world...We would return for sure, definitely deserves the five stars!!

The apartment has everything you need for a short stay. Antonella communicated super fast - her mom showed us everything and helped us. Super nice - I highly recommend the place, a car is required to explore the surrounding area - Agrigente - Ect. Antonella gave us delicious tips for restaurants

A beautiful apartment on the 3rd floor, especially the room with the balcony is so lovely when it’s filled with sunshine - very enjoyable. Also, David’s parents were very helpful and friendly.

Our staying at Roccamena was extremely beautiful. Tania and Peppino are caring and friendly persons that made us feel at home. Our kids had a lot of fun discovering the animals of the farm and Tania was always happy to show them around (picking up fresh eggs in the morning, visiting baby cats, looking for escaped dog). The flat is clean and beautiful, with a lot of attention to details. The whole farm, the garden and the huge land around are amazingly beautiful. Tania and Peppino were always full of suggestions for us! They gave us good tips for places to visit, things to do and good food. They are curious about their surrounding and their guests. We enjoyed our staying thanks to the amazing place and the interesting talks with our hosts. We left thinking that we would love to come back! Thank you Tania and Peppino

Big and clean apartment. We enjoyed it very much. We were travelling by car so I can't really say much about the location. It's near the "Scala dei Turchi" which si amazing. The communication is great with Claudia. Thank you.

We had a great stay. Francesco who welcomed us gave lots of useful recommendations and was always on hand to help. The villa was as described. We loved the outhouse next to the pool and hot tub and enjoyed playing pool and cooking there. Our only downside was that there is no where to walk to nearby although this was warned of with a car being advised as essential. The beaches are 30-40 minute car journey away. We visited scala dei turchi, licata, valley of temples and Cefalu with Cefalu being a longer day trip (1.5 hours each way) but worth it. Thank you, we will back to Sicily I am sure!

Calogera is a warm and available host, the accommodation is very comfortable and spacious with excellent bedding. The neighborhood is quiet, you can park your car in the courtyard if it's small. This was not our case but there are facilities to park nearby. Calogera has prepared breakfast as cafes and restaurants are mostly closed on Easter Sunday. We recommend this very convenient and authentic place to stay.

We stayed one night here. Guiseppe welcomed us warmly and explained everything. He also gave us tips for the area, really great! The apartment is a bit older, but everything worked and it was clean. For breakfast, we were even provided with milk and other "sweet" things. By car, you can reach 10 minutes to the city and the salt mill can also be reached in approx. 15 minutes by car.

Andrea's place is lovely. After being in Napoli and Palermo for a week, it was a nice change of pace to be in the country. The pictures of the cottage do not do it justice. The cottage is quite a it bigger than the pictures suggest. The bed was comfortable and cozy. Our favourite part of staying at Andrea's was drinking wine and looking at the scenery. My husband and I would definitely recommend staying at this air bnb!

We felt right at home at Chiara’s place. The house is beautiful with everything you need, but it’s all about the surroundings- that view! The wonderful sandy beach is an about 10 a minute steep but very do-able walk. It felt like we were at the end of the earth, in the best possible way. When we went at the end of April the restaurants on the beach (and they are right on the beach) were open but the sunbeds weren’t out and it felt so beautifully wild (but with the joy of being able to sit and have a drink or a meal right there). It’s such a big beach and the few small restaurants don’t impact the view so I think it would feel the same even in peak season. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back!

What a wonderful time we had at the Pearl of Sicily!! This stunning private villa has a beautiful sandy beach on your door step!! With the added bonus of a beautiful pool!! The villa was spotless inside and out! Antonion is an outstanding host, always quick to respond and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Counting the days to come back to the pearl of Sicily ❤️

The flexibility for the last minute booking was fantastic, following with Francesco's quick communication and connecting. Francesco works in team with his lovely mom, which assures that the keys are release upon arrival. I travelled solo, short stay, could have stayed longer to discover beauty of surroundings, perhaps hiking, saw horseback riding too... The place is very clean, quiet, just what I needed to realigh. However, if someone may have some issues with legs, hips, that may not be the place of desire as there is almost 40 stairs to the kitchen from the entry. One may treat it as a good excercise program, too. I would definately stay at Francesco's place again and hear his recommendations for Sicily travels.

The house was beautiful and beautifully situated on an olive farm. The family was so helpful in ensuring we arrived easily and were happy and comfortable. They provided wonderful recommendations and gave us some very special and delicious pane Nero from panificio gullo in nearby Castelvetrano. Thank you so much for hosting our family on our trip around Sicily! Great views and near the Valley of Temples which was a spectacular day! Place was very clean and we were given lots of recommendations of the area.

Modern, clean accommodation with basic amenities and with beautiful views of the sea. Easy to reach by the proximity to a main road. If you have a car, the accommodation is well suited to look at the surroundings (e.g. Agrigento).

We had a wonderful stay in a very tastefully decorated apartment. We were personally welcomed by Floriana, and everything was shown and explained to us. She had already sent an exact arrival description. There was a lot for our breakfast, even homemade muffins and also a small delicious welcome gift. The apartment was quiet, we were allowed to use the washing machine and all 4 slept well. Flo gave us great tips about the area and we also ate in a great restaurant overlooking the Valley of the Temples at Agrigento. A highlight for all of us. :-) Everything wonderful!

beautiful house, wonderful space, Close to the beach and wonderful view. it was early. spring and the weather was cold-ish and the house has a very good heater. also AC in all rooms. lots of beautiful books and magazines about art, Sciacca town, sicily in the living room. also great recommendations where to eat. kitchen is super well equipped and we felt really at home cooking for the family. the only thing that hat it is not mentioned in the description of the apartment is that the place is a house divided in 4 apartments. one of the rooms has an exit door and windows directly to the entrance and patio of one of the apartments. so when people are there and talking normal, there is no isolation to the sounds coming from outside. same to the apartment above, someone was cleaning up there in the evening and it was very hearable. there is no ceiling lamp in most of the rooms and at night the light is low. all for all we had a lovely time and loved our stay.

Very comfortable and well located apartment. You can visit the old town on foot. Communicating with the host is very easy. You can park your car close by. We recommend it unreservedly.

We really enjoyed our stay! Cristina and Salvatore were very responsive and quick to answer any questions. The location is just what we wanted, easy walk to beach, Turkish Stairs, and a few restaurants. The view from patio was incredible! The unit was perfectly suited for my family and parents. Kitchen had everything we needed. Plus games and books were a nice bonus for my kids. Thank you for the hospitality!

amazing place. Right on the beach. RIGHT ON THE BEACH. You could not get closer! Walter was the best host we have ever had. Just brilliant
