Very nice, modern and bright apartment in absolutely quiet and central residential area near the adventure pool “Bogn Engiadina Scuol”. It's just a few minutes walk to the beautiful old village part "Scuol-sot" with the picturesque Engadine houses and to the stop of the local ski bus. The bright living room is equipped with a Swedish stove (wood is available) and a flat screen TV with satellite channels. From here you can reach the south balcony (8 m2) with great views of the old village part and the Lower Engadine Dolomites. In addition to a dishwasher, the modern kitchen also features an espresso coffee machine (Tassimo capsule system). The 2 spacious bedrooms are equipped with 2 single beds each with quality mattress slatted base. Two sanitary rooms (1 x bathroom/WC/washbasin + 1 x shower/WC /washbasin) contribute to the high living comfort. Of course, there is a reserved garage space in the car park and a free WiFi available to the guests. The prices are inclusive : - Bed linen (the beds are according to the number of people) - Terry towels - Kitchen linen - all ancillary costs such as electricity, water, etc. - 1 reserved garage space in the car parking lot Our special services : - Free taxi transfer from the train station to our office and on to the apartment - Discounted Vereina tickets for the winter (on reservation) Please note that this property is subject to additional charges. Internal direct access to the Bogn-Engiadina cashier and Hotel Belvedere. Cozy interior, large windows, fireplace. Open, well-equipped kitchen. 2 separate bedrooms with a total of 5 beds, 1 sofa bed in the living room. 1 large bathroom/shower, 1 separate toilet. TV/radio, Wi-Fi. Bed linens and towels are available. No pets allowed. No smoking.

Studio newly built in 2022 (approx. 35 m², ground floor). The studio is located in the converted hay barn of the Engadine house "Chasa Pütvia" from the 16th Central location on the neighborhood street, a few steps to the ski bus/PostBus and only a 5-minute walk from the village center of Scuol with shops, restaurants and the "Bogn Engiadina" wellness pool. The cross-country skiing center and trail are also a few minutes' walk away. Occupancy up to 2 people (infants not included).

Apartment Bügl Grond

Here you will find a beautiful, bright and well furnished vacation apartment in a historic house, on the 3rd floor. The apartment is located in the lower part of the village in the heart of Scuol Sot. A practical Volg, a fine bakery as well as the Bogn Engiadina and the center is in the immediate vicinity. The bus station is just a few steps from the house. A unique view of the Engadine mountains, and the largest village square with the mineral-rich water will delight you.

Val Zebrù - Baite di Pecè surrounded by nature.

Apartment in an isolated area in the beautiful Val Zebrù of the Stelvio National Park. Great for spending a vacation in contact with nature rich in flora and wildlife. Wood heating, electricity is provided by a photovoltaic system. There is no telephone connection in the area, but there is a Wi-Fi connection in the cabin, and there are two refreshments nearby where you can taste local foods. The cabin can be reached on foot or by jeep authorized for transit.

Allegra illa Chasina Rosa – Welcome to the historic house, built in the 17th century (cellar vault) and 18th century (building) by the father of the only Engadin Federal Councilor Felix Calonder. It is centrally located and yet in total tranquility right next to Engadin Bad Scuol. The apartment was gently renovated with respect for the historical building structure.
