Two south-facing balconies with top panoramic views and an additional large garden (not fenced). The center of Scuol, the valley station of the mountain railways and the train station are approx. 10 minutes' walk. Public, free parking about 800 m away or paid parking (CHF 20 per week) just steps away from the house. Ground floor: In the living room, renovated and newly furnished in 2014, with a beautiful veranda with access to the spacious garden seating area with ping pong table and fire ring (barbecue area). This brings an atmospheric campfire ambience with a blazing flame and is ideally suited for cooking your grilled food. Beautiful - newly built in 2018 - kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and cozy sitting area. Separate toilet/sink. Upper floor: In the bedroom newly furnished in 2015 (1 x double room with TV + 1 triple room with exit to the south balcony). Two bathrooms completely renovated in 2016: - 1 x with toilet, double sink and shower cubicle with rain shower - 1 x with toilet, double sink, shower cubicle and bathtub with whirlpool system Both bathrooms have underfloor heating. Other highlights: flat-screen TV, DVD player (BlueRay), Nespresso coffee machine (compatible and original capsules available in Scuol, but very limited!), free wifi and much more. Beautiful view of the mountain peaks, meadows, pine trees and larchs. From the house you can make wonderful walks to the Maienfelderfurga, Schwifurga, Bärenalm, Stafelalp and Wiesen. Alpine skiing and mountain biking is also fantastic here. The house is located opposite the Rinerhorn, you can easily walk or drive to the ski lift .

Our house in the woods is a traditional masonry building that was renovated in spring 2019. An oasis of peace and tranquillity surrounded by nature, ideal for families or couples seeking relaxation and romantic intimacy. View of the Valchiavenna mountains, with extensive lawns for garden use. Cycle path a few metres away, option of numerous excursions, 10 minutes from Chiavenna, 30 minutes from Lake Como and the Valchiavenna ski area.

Rustic and Cozy mountain house, at 1250 s.l.m in the beautiful Valgrosina, a natural paradise for lovers of relax, trekking and MTB. A few km from Livigno, Bormio and St. Moritz, which can also be reached by the Unesco World Heritage Bernina Red Train. In the recently renovated detached house with old charm but modern furnishings, you can feel comfortable at any time of the year. The pool offers the possibility to refresh yourself in warmer months. In winter, you are only 30 minutes away from two different ski resorts and the fireplace provides cozy warmth in the dining area and living room. In spring and autumn you can go hiking in the nearby mountains.

Hostel to the little gorge

In springtime 2016 we bought that 300 year old house and renovated it until the end of the year. It's one of the oldest houses in Sufers. It's a great pleasure to us to be able to offer you now the new furnished 3-rooms apartment. Our house is right at the river bank of a rushin mountain stream. On one side of the house you feel like beeing somewhere in nature, on the other side you are in the village.
