Holiday rentals with beach access in Seabrook Island

Great place to stay.. especially if attending an event at the West Conference Center! It’s right across the street which was very convenient. Just steps away from the beach as well.

Everything was very well appointed with an attention to detail. Enjoyed being only a three minute walk to the beach in an area that doesn’t get as crowded as the pier area. Being just a short walk to Bert’s and the many restaurants was very convenient. A pleasant stroll home after dinner did us good.

Absolutely loved our stay. The walk to the beach is so quick and easy, as well as to center street. The house is so roomy and the bed is very comfortable, perfect for 2 people. Also, the house is located right next to Pirates Cove where there are public pickleball courts.

Clean space for our dogs and us to stay. Only a few blocks from the beach and all amenities such as an outdoor shower and kitchen supplies included.

We stayed 3 nights at Jill’s place. The neighborhood was quiet and was wonderful for taking walks. We arrived at night but with the help of the instructions provided we were able to find the apartment. Inside the house we had everything we needed and loved such as luggage racks, great towels and linens, reliable Wi-Fi and ample bathroom counter space. We didn’t do a lot of cooking but the dishes and appliances worked for us. There’s a very tiny area in the back with a table and chairs and a bbq. We found the mattress a little too firm for us but that’s really a matter of preference. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Great place to stay! We really enjoyed this place as well as the hosts. They were present, but nonintrusive. It was great to pray with Neil before we checked out. We highly recommend this stay!!

Trina responded to the need at hand right away and found a solution quickly. She was helpful and understanding. It was very easy to reach her. Great communication! The location is great. Quick access to the beach without the premium price. There is a shower outside to rinse off the sand.

We enjoyed the house and it was larger than the pictures capture. we liked the openness of the kitchen, dining and living space. Great outdoor spaces as well. Quick walk to the beach and to a back dock overlooking the marsh. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. All was as advertised. Everything was clean and worked well. Definitely a great option!

We had a wonderful time at Elizabeth's place. The location, at the far side of the island near the Morris Island lighthouse, was so nice. You could could get away from some of the craziness of the main stretch of Folly but it was a quick drive to get to all the restaurants. The proximity to the beach was incredible, and our kids really enjoyed being able to go back and forth from the house to the beach. We also appreciated being able to bring our dog with us. One of our best beach trips ever.

We had a great time at Sawyerbean! The house is a nice, older Edisto beach house and had everything we needed. It was right across the street from the beach and close to many shops and restaurants. Our relaxing vacation even included soft blankets and some waste bags for our French bulldog. She really loved being a beach babe!

This home needs a little TLC. It's an older home w/a slight musty smell upon entering, my husband has severe allergies to mold & mildew, but he was unaffected, so it must not have been that bad. This home has some little quirks like the washer & dryer are outside in a garage (that area was very clean), the dishwasher is portable & needs to be hooked up to the sink & plugged in (we didn't use it since we mostly ate out) & you can't run the microwave & toaster oven at the same time. The box springs to the beds were old, but the mattresses were decent & comfortable. There is no theme as to the decor, which made it very interesting, with finding something different everyday. With all these little quirks, I am giving it a 5 Star due to the fact that it is a charming little home, was very clean, in a great neighborhood, has private parking, is very close to the beach & area attractions & Rachel was a very responsive host. We had a great time during our stay!

Beautiful house with everything you need to make yourself at home. When you walk in the front door, it is very charming and inviting. It's a short, straight walk to a great beach. There is a 4 lane street to cross, but 95% of the time you can walk straight across without stopping. We had 8 adults staying in this lovely place and there was plenty of room and we shared a lot of great meals in the huge kitchen. If we are ever back in the area, this will be our "go to" house!

We had the most wonderful 4 night stay here! Jessie & Robin’s home is exactly as described and words really don’t even do it justice. My husband and I came with our two kids and our goldendoodle and it was the perfect spot for all of us. We loved being able to walk everywhere, especially to restaurants (and right across the street to the beach!), and to just to able to hang out at the house and have tons to do when we were relaxing (hot tub/pool, putting green, multiple decks, games, foosball, etc.). What matters the most to me in an Airbnb is cleanliness, and this place was spotless. It is very evident that this home is well taken care of and that the hosts work hard to maintain it. It’s beautifully decorated, abundantly stocked, and has so many small touches that make it special. We are already talking about coming back as soon as we can!

The house was Amazing ! Definitely a southern charmer . The beach is across the street and very close to the club that has pools and restaurant on the beach . This house includes the access cards which is a great value . The beds were very comfortable , upgraded appliances and beautiful decor . The front screened patio was amazing and we spent most of our time there . Great experience with all Seabrook staff and we would definitely rent again .

This house was great for our family. So close to the beach and downtown area. We loved the large kitchen and outdoor shower. Kevin was a very responsive host, we arrived in town early and he let us know the minute the house was clean to enter. Thanks for a great stay!

This space was great! Short walk to the beach, pool access, and all the beauty of the Sea Islands. Mona was kind enough to arrange an early check in for us. The space itself was spotless. The bed was comfy, kitchen had some essentials provided which is always helpful in a vacation rental. We also really appreciated that there were beach chairs, towels and beach bags available since we flew so we couldn't bring our own beach equipment. Mona was super communicative and accessing the space was easy. Note: don't follow the Google Maps direction the first time you come in so you can get your pass at the Residential Gate to Wild Dunes. Mona wrote that in the instructions but I still got confused and went to the second Wild Dunes entrance, not the first.

Great condo- close to the Sanctuary resort hotel- 10 min walk to the beach and recreation hub. Great spot for tennis…courts out side the condo. Condo was clean- good kitchen…worked great for our family of 3.

Great view of the beach, walking distance to all the restaurants. Great communication from the host. Highly recommend. The wood floors do have a sound as you walk on them, but didn’t really bother us.

Terrific stay! I’ve rented a few condos here on Harbor Island over the past couple of years and this one was by far my favorite. The pictures online don’t really do the view justice - the condo and patio are positioned so that you have a direct view of the dunes and the ocean. It’s beautiful. The interior appears recently updated and everything was new and clean and modern. I had everything I needed for my week there When you stay on Harbor Island, make sure to stop by the Publix, Harris Teeter, etc on your way in and stock up. Harbor is a bit on its own out there but that’s the point. I recommend Seaside Bar and Grill a couple miles before the island for dinner (and Wednesday shrimp and wings). Johnson Creek Tavern is just past Harbor and has a lovely view of the inlet, but is expensive. Stop by Gay’s to pick up seafood for nights you plan on cooking in. This was a wonderful condo on a quiet, lovely island. I’ll seek this one out again for my next stay!

We enjoyed our stay! Natalya communicated well and proactively. The condo was cute and well-maintained, and we appreciated the availability of a beach cart to help take our stuff over to the beach. We had everything we needed for several fun days at Isle of Palms!

Beautiful island. Beds were large and comfy. Nice view of the nearby marshlands from the rear balcony.

The apartment was very clean and bright and the Chris was very responsive throughout. We had a slight issue checking in - and the resort (Wyndham) used our visit as a sales / marketing opportunity. However, we loved the place and will definitely stay again! Our condo was outside the resort gates, so we were able to use a golf cart. We only used the pool closest to our condo which was very nice and clean. Overall, we loved the place and plan to stay again! FYI, for guests looking for beach access, it is a quick 7 minute walk to get to the nearest beach access. It is close to the marina and a few nearby dining options. Thank you Chris for a great stay!
