Townhome holiday rentals in Seabrook Island

Perfect location for our girls’ trip! We were able to walk to King Street for shopping and many restaurants/bars. It was a little noisy outside but there are sound machines in each bedroom. The neighborhood was very safe and we had no concerns walking late at night. The house was beautifully decorated and very clean! I highly recommend Megan’s place and hope to stay here again!

The townhouse was as presented on airbnb. We were two couples traveling home but making a quick stop in Charleston. We had plenty of space, bathrooms attached to the bedrooms, laundry room & a lovely screened in porch. Ceiling fans & very cool air conditioning! Would stay here again.

A wonderful home away from home! Very quiet location - has a view of one of the fairways of Shipyard golf course, but in a private way. The Greens community is very quiet, with easy parking right in front of your unit. About a 10–15-minute walk to the Shipyard beach access. You can also drive and park there with the pass provided, or ride your bikes. Jack's place has everything that you need to be comfortable. Kitchen has a good supply of dishes, glasses, pots and pans, etc. The gas grill is also a nice plus for cooking. The living room has several comfy couches and chairs, and there is a large dining room. A bonus are the two bikes in the shed at the villa. Great communication from Jack throughout. Detailed information was provided before arrival and any questions answered very quickly. Jack is an owner who truly wants his renters to have a superb experience. Overall, very happy with our time here.

Was great to get out of our Michigan winter and enjoy the South Carolina sunshine. The condo was very clean and well appointed. Easy walk to the beach. Very enjoyable experience!

Our three-night stay at this Airbnb was excellent. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, the house was spacious and clean, and the host had put a lot of thought into the decor. The house was even more beautiful than in the photos, and the kitchen was fully prepared with everything we needed. Our whole family loved the house — it was one of the highlights of our trip to Charleston.

I stayed here for the weekend. It was in a great location—walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the beach. The place was clean, and the host, Chris, was really responsive. I picked it because it was listed as a Guest Favorite, and now I totally see why!

We really enjoyed our four night stay at Mari's place. It was super clean and conveniently located to everywhere we wanted to go in the Charleston area. We had no need to reach out to Mari for anything but she was very nice to send a message to us to make sure everything was going ok.

Kathy was the best host we have ever had at an AirBNB. My wife and I, and another couple, traveled to Charleston to run in the Cooper River Bridge 10k. Kathy was proactive in communication and extremely kind. She left treats for us upon arrival and was consistent in her communication with us throughout our stay. The place itself was spotlessly clean. The beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were clean. The screened in porch was awesome and peaceful. The kitchen and living space was great. The unit is about 20-25 minutes north of downtown Charleston. It was 10-15 minutes from the Charleston Convention Center. We highly recommend this place and thank Kathy for a great visit!

We loved our stay at Elaine’s for my bachelorette trip. Very convenient to downtown, and the restaurants in Mt. Pleasant. Publix is within walking distance as well!

Trey was great host. The house was exactly as described and well equipped. Everything was clean. The kitchen is small but suitable for number of people the place can fit. I was very expensive for what it was but i believe that is supply and demand issue. I like the not-so-usual late check-in and check out times. I did not need them this time but they woul d make great sense for most. I would stay here again but not sure i could afford it! Trey was very responsive and offered just the right amount of follow up.

This was our third stay and the home was just as good as our previous stays- hope to return again soon

Good spot for 2 couples or 1 couple and kids! seperate en suite bathrooms made for a good stay. All of Park Circle is an easy 5-10 minute walk away and that area is fun for all ages, so much cool stuff to do without needing a car!

We had a great stay at Craig’s place for a girls trip to a music festival. Spacious, clean , comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood close to an area with great restaurants, bars and shops. 10 minutes to downtown. Super close to the festival grounds. Plenty of room for our party of 3 to comfortably relax and recharge! Modern with new amenities, easy to find and easy to get in to. Craig was extremely responsive and friendly and gave us great local recommendations for our downtime from the festival. Highly recommend staying at one of his properties. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely book again if we return next year !

House was super clean. Beds were very comfortable and the location was perfect. We had no issues at all. Would highly recommend this house to stay in.

Great townhome to stay in. Short drive to all local attractions including downtown Charleston, angel oak and folly beach. The kitchen was stocked with all the basics! We were thrilled to find that there was even basic ingredients like flour, sugar, spices, oil salt, pepper, all the basic cooking and baking things you would need! Home was clean and comfortable.

We had such a nice stay, and this townhouse was perfect for our needs. We were thrilled that it was pet-friendly. We felt very safe when walking the dogs in the residential area. The place was well-appointed and had what we needed during our stay. If I could make a recommendation, I would duggest adding a television in the master bedroom.

It was just as described and looked beautiful like the pictures! Loved the little extra snacks and supplies that were provided if needed! Christie was always quick to respond. Will definitely stay here again!

This home is very beautiful, spacious, and clean. We had a lovely stay and will be looking to return again for just a vacation stay. The beds are extremely comfortable, and it was plenty of room for the whole family. 10/10

This townhouse was in the perfect location about 10-15 mins to anywhere we wanted to visit. The house was clean, comfortable and accommodating. They had everything we needed.

My husband and I and our teen daughter and 3 of her friends had a fabulous stay at Ashley’s place! I loved the listing, and it was even more spacious and comfortable in person. The furniture - beds and sofas- is well kept and comfy. The house is clutter free but had just the right touches for making us feel at home. We have stayed on the beach at Folly in past years but we actually really enjoyed the peace and beauty of this marsh location that we as still just a short walk from restaurants and the surf. Highly recommend!
