The south facing window offers spectacular nightly view to city skyscrapers and waterfront. Extra pullout queen size Murphy cabinet bed in the Living Room offers comfortable sleep for additional two guests. Kitchen: modern designed, with gas oven/stove, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, quartz countertops, designer backsplash and plenty of cookware and dishware to prepare meals for 6 people. Bathroom: Quartz countertop with undermount sink, double shower heads. Shampoo, conditioner and liquid soap are provided. Entertainment: 55” 4k UHD flat panel TV, free cable TV with Netflix and Wi-Fi are provided. Outdoor: comfortable private patio, with small table & chairs, viewing the Water, Seattle Aquarium, The Ferris Wheel and Piers. Laundry room: Full size front loading Washer & Dryer. Iron board and Vacuum Cleaner are stored in Laundry room. Parking: one private parking space in the secure garage below the building is included in your rent. Guest check in with front desk of the property to get keys to enter the building and the condo. The front desk is open 24x7. The building has north entry and south entry to the under level garage which has elevators directly to the condo. Guest are welcome to contact us for recommendations to restaurants, attractions or information about local services. The condo is nestled in downtown Seattle across the street from the magnificent Puget Sound. It provides easy access to Pike Place Market, Seattle Aquarium, and miles of waterfront to explore. Water Landing Condominium HOA requires that each tenant has a rental lease and tenant background check on file. The background check is provided free of charge to tenant. The terms of lease are as follows: 1. Term: The term of this lease shall begin on the arrival date of: MM/DD/YYYY and end on the departure date of MM/DD/YYYY. The property, henceforth referred to as “Premises,” will be ready for occupancy no earlier than 4:00pm PST on the arrival date and must be vacated no later than 12:00pm PST on the departure date. 2. Location: The Seattle Waterfront Premises are located at 1900 Alaskan Way #xxx, Seattle, WA 98101. 3. Limited Occupancy: Occupancy is limited to a maximum 4 persons. The available beds are as follows: (1) Queue size bed in bed room (1) Queen size Murphy like bed in living room. 4. Security Deposit: $500 security deposit has been held by Airbnb at the time of reservation. Provided that there is no damage to the Premises then there will not be a security deposit charge after departure of lessee. Should any damage occur during guest stay, host will file claims to security deposit through Airbnb and guest is liable to damage that is determined to be caused by the guest. 5. Non-Disturbance Clause: Lessee, and guests of Lessee, shall not disturb, annoy, endanger or inconvenience neighbors, nor use the Premises for any unlawful purposes. 6. Care of Premises: Lessee will maintain the Premises in good order and appearance, to include keeping the Premises free of trash. 7. Access to Premises: Lessee may not let, sublet or assign this lease for all, or any part of, the Premises without prior consent of the Lessor. 8. Parking: Parking is limited to 1 car in space F-15 located in the underground parking garage. The Lessee’s car must be insured and the vehicle make, model and license plate number must be registered with Lessor/Front Desk prior to check in. 9. Checking In and Out: Check-In is at 4:00pm PST and Check-out is at 12:00pm PST. 10. Occupancy: Lessee must be at least 25 years of age, and be present during the entire term of the lease. Occupancy is restricted to the number of occupants as stated on the front of this lease. Use and occupancy of the Premises by Lessee and any/all guests is subject to limitations detailed in the Waterfront Landings Rules & Regulations at all times. A physical copy of said rules will be given to each Lessee. 11. Clubhouse, Rooftop Deck, Fitness Area and Spa Area: Clubhouse, Rooftop Deck, Fitness and Spa areas are privileges available to the homeowners/Lessee. Lessee should respect and maintain cleanliness to all common areas. This agreement constitutes a contract between the tenant and the owner of the subject property, through Seadek Villa LLC, the owner. Upon signed receipt of this agreement, it is understood that the above referenced unit (with the specified dates and rates) will be rented as a vacation rental to the tenant, under the terms and conditions of this contract. Lessor and Lessee, by signing this lease, agree that they will comply with the terms of this lease and each assume the responsibility for the obligations set forth herein
