Many restaurants (some among the most highly rated) & coffee shops withinin short walking distance. Downtown (15min) bus stop is one short block away.

A street parking pass is included in your stay but be aware street parking can be difficult at times.

While nothing new and fancy, "Its design and integrity have been recognized in several historic resource surveys and it has been determined eligible for listing in the National Register" (per seattle dot gov) Being on a main street means you may hear some occasional noise.
