Iron board and Vacuum Cleaner are stored in Laundry room. Parking: one private parking space in the secure garage below the building is included in your rent. Guest check in with front desk of the property to get keys to enter the building and the condo. The front desk is open 24x7. The building has north entry and south entry to the under level garage which has elevators directly to the condo. The condo is nestled in downtown Seattle across the street from the magnificent Puget Sound. It provides easy access to Pike Place Market, Seattle Aquarium, and miles of waterfront to explore. Water Landing Condominium HOA requires that each tenant has a rental lease and tenant background check on file. The background check is provided free of charge to tenant. The terms of lease are as follows: 1. Term: The term of this lease shall begin on the arrival date of: MM/DD/YYYY and end on the departure date of MM/DD/YYYY. The property, henceforth referred to as “Premises,” will be ready for occupancy no earlier than 4:00pm PST on the arrival date and must be vacated no later than 12:00pm PST on the departure date. 2. Location: The Seattle Waterfront Premises are located at 1900 Alaskan Way #xxx, Seattle, WA 98101. 3. Limited Occupancy: Occupancy is limited to a maximum 4 persons. The available beds are as follows: (1) Queue size bed in bed room (1) Queen size Murphy like bed in living room. 4. Security Deposit: $500 security deposit has been held by Airbnb at the time of reservation. Provided that there is no damage to the Premises then there will not be a security deposit charge after departure of lessee. Should any damage occur during guest stay, host will file claims to security deposit through Airbnb and guest is liable to damage that is determined to be caused by the guest. 5. Non-Disturbance Clause: Lessee, and guests of Lessee, shall not disturb, annoy, endanger or inconvenience neighbors, nor use the Premises for any unlawful purposes. 6. Care of Premises: Lessee will maintain the Premises in good order and appearance, to include keeping the Premises free of trash. 7. Access to Premises: Lessee may not let, sublet or assign this lease for all, or any part of, the Premises without prior consent of the Lessor. 8. Parking: Parking is limited to 1 car in space F-15 located in the underground parking garage. The Lessee’s car must be insured and the vehicle make, model and license plate number must be registered with Lessor/Front Desk prior to check in. 9. Checking In and Out: Check-In is at 4:00pm PST and Check-out is at 12:00pm PST. 10. Occupancy: Lessee must be at least 25 years of age, and be present during the entire term of the lease. Occupancy is restricted to the number of occupants as stated on the front of this lease. Use and occupancy of the Premises by Lessee and any/all guests is subject to limitations detailed in the Waterfront Landings Rules & Regulations at all times. A physical copy of said rules will be given to each Lessee. 11. Clubhouse, Rooftop Deck, Fitness Area and Spa Area: Clubhouse, Rooftop Deck, Fitness and Spa areas are privileges available to the homeowners/Lessee. Lessee should respect and maintain cleanliness to all common areas. This agreement constitutes a contract between the tenant and the owner of the subject property, through Seadek Villa LLC, the owner. Upon signed receipt of this agreement, it is understood that the above referenced unit (with the specified dates and rates) will be rented as a vacation rental to the tenant, under the terms and conditions of this contract. Three of Seattle's best coffee shops, plus over a dozen restaurants, bars, shops and a supermarket are just one block away on Broadway. Beautiful Volunteer Park is a lovely walk people and pups. Gorgeous updated 1902 Dutch Colonial with unique loft-style feel. You have entire main floor with outdoor patio. Perfect for a couple, two couples or single relocating (with lots of storage), or friends/family up to five. Both bedrooms have new queen beds with their own full baths (one with a two-person shower, the other a tub), with Starck low-flow toilets. Beds have locally made high-quality down duvets with allergy protectors on mattresses and pillows and quality soft microfiber sheets. Extra-long couch in living room sleeps a fifth guest. One bedroom has a long couch for an extra guest in-room. Pack-n-play crib for infants/toddlers. Amazing modern, wood and stainless sun-drenched kitchen has Jenn-Aire gas stove, farm sink, stainless built-in fridge and huge oak island. Forced-air central heat and AC keeps things just the right temp. Washer/dryer in unit. Coded locks make entry a breeze. Wifi is blazing fast. Great relocation option, business or corporate stays, events or sightseeing, visiting relatives, or checking out the music or sports scene. Light rail goes directly downtown (4 min), stadiums (12 minutes) and the University of Washington (3 min). We know you'll love it here. It has a charming private feel yet access to everything. Private front porch or side patio French door entrances via keyless code. (Just a few steps up for those concerned about stairs). Amazing gourmet kitchen, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher and Asko washer/dryer. Dining room has a table and chairs that can be moved out of the double doors onto a private patio for al fresco dining on gorgeous days. Each bedroom has a private bath. A guest on the living room couch will need access to a bedroom bathroom. Parking available for a car in our driveway or at a pay lot very close by if you vehicle is too large or you have more than two. If you want privacy to focus on business, you won't even know I am nearby. However I am always up for a chat, glass of wine, tasty beer or Seattle's famous coffee if you like to meet the locals. Classic 1900s single family houses close to sparkling new apartments. My house is tucked into a quiet corner of this vibrant neighborhood of shops & restaurants. Walk score rated as a Walkers Paradise & Excellent Transit. Capitol Hill station is four blocks away, ride share arrives in minutes at any hour, great nightlife, the best coffee shops in Seattle and all day and late night food & drink. It is all right outside the front door! Walk! The walk score here is near perfect at 98! Light Rail to Airport, Stadiums, Downtown malls and Public Market (Westlake and Pacific Place), Convention Center, Light Rail to the Airport (40 min), Stadiums (12 min), Downtown shopping (5 min) or University of Washington (3 min). Street Car to Pioneer Square, hospitals, or stadiums. Uber: Car Share everywhere. Car2go, ReachNow, ZipCar, Lyft and Uber always nearby in minutes and $5-10 to downtown. My wife and I have a small non-allergenic terrier rescue that we love, but... guests animals are discouraged because of the central location next to busy roads, hardwood floors and allergies of other guests. If you have one, please ask my permission first. Maddy is quiet, but does go nuts when the postman or UPS guy comes to the door.
