You'll enjoy your stay in the private detached guesthouse which resides on the front half of our horse acre property. You'll be greeted by a lovely manicured yard with mature rhodies, azaleas & stunning Magnolias that bloom each spring. The covered patio entrance will lead you to the private side entrance door to the stairs that take you to the second level studio apartment where upon entry the full kitchen, regulation pool table and 8 foot drop down projector TV will greet and entertain you!

Beautifully decorated, fully appointed kitchen, wood stove, claw foot tub/shower in the bathroom , bedroom with a comfy queen bed & large closet, queen sofa bed & in main living area. Pets welcome with an additional fee. A non-smoking property.

The unit offers privacy and comfort. Explore Westwood Village, restaurants, groceries, and many more! Just 20 mins drive from the airport, and about 20 mins to downtown Seattle. Catch a ferry to Vashon Island and explore the Pacific Northwest. Loft can be accessed by a steep staircase. If you’re uncomfortable with low ceiling height loft then do not book this unit.
