Ideally located about 1 hour from Puy du Fou and Futuroscope, you can enjoy the beautiful days on the terrace with its barbecue, swimming pool and playground reserved for our tenants. Quiet and relaxing duplex, new and independent with a large covered and shared wooden terrace. The accommodation offers a fitted kitchen on the ground floor, as well as a seating area equipped with a bench. Upstairs you will find the toilet, as well as the master suite. Azay-Sur-Thouet is 1.5 hours from La Rochelle, 1 hour from Futuroscope and Puy du Fou, 45 minutes from Marais Poitevin and 10 minutes from Parthenay (FLIP) and Pougne Hérisson (Festival du Nombril du Monde). No pets allowed.

Our cottage has been sympathetically renovated and is a uniquely individual space retaining a wealth of originality, blended perfectly with a contemporary feel. We can welcome 6, with two double bedrooms and a large double sofa-bed in the galleried landing area. A spacious living area leads to a quiet outdoor patio with rural views. The grounds the cottage are located in are surrounded by a large moat which contains unprotected deep water. Unsuitable for young unsupervised children.

We have preserved the authenticity of the place and provide a complete service (linens, cleaning, hot drinks, private parking for your bicycles or motorcycles only, firewood...). In 40 m² we can accommodate 1 to 4 people independently (one 160 cm bed, one 130 cm sofa bed).
