Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral zwischen Strand, Bars, Restaurants und Haltestellen zum ÖPNV. Sie ist wie beschrieben, sehr geräumig und gemütlich. Die Ausstattung bietet auch alles, was man zum Selbstversorgen benötigt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Host war perfekt und man bekommt proaktiv alle wichtigen Informationen und gute Tipps für die Umgebung.

Wir waren eine Woche in der Unterkunft von Liz und hatten eine tolle Zeit! Die Lage ist super: man ist in weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß am Strand und mit dem Bus in 25 Minuten in der Stadt. Alles was man gerne sehen möchte ist schnell zu erreichen: Bioparc, Ciudad de las Artes, Turia Park etc. Wir waren schon oft in Valencia und lieben die Stadt und das Lebensgefühl in Cabanyal. Wir können die Unterkunft zu 100% weiter empfehlen und waren sehr zufrieden! Die Unterkunft entspricht der Beschreibung und wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt!

Una estancia muy agradable para una despedida. Frederic siempre muy atento para todo, amable y dispuesto, incluso nos adecuó el sofá para una noche que éramos más personas. Una ubicación fenomenal para pasar unos días tanto en la casa como en el entorno tan agradable que la rodea. Cerca de zonas naturales para disfrutar y pueblos muy bonitos. Sin duda repetiremos.

This was a perfect Airbnb for us, it was the start of a 6 day bike ride. There were 4 of us and needed 4 beds but if there are more of you there was also a sofa bed. Easy walk to Cabanyal area. Very clean and easy check in. Thanks

Hôtes très réactifs et très attentionnés pour cette réservation de toute dernière minute (45 min avant notre arrivée ;)). Appartement très propre, moderne et correspondant tout à fait à la description. Immeuble propre et tranquille (en tout cas à cette saison ;)). Merci Milan & Marketa!

El departamento al ser un bajo e independiente, es muy cómodo, ya que no no hay que acceder a un portal, y es facil para ir y venir todo el rato. A dos calles hay un mercadona, un aldi y un bazar muy grande para comprar. Es fresquito por lo que supongo que en verano es ideal. (nosotros fuimos el puente de mayo) Nos ha gustado mucho.

Sitio muy agradable para pasar en familia y disfrutar del mar. No es tan turistica como en otras zonas cercanas pero te permite estar sin tanto agobio y es una buena base para visitar la zona. Muy recomendable.
