Cozy rear house in the grass roof settlement in Hanover Bothfeld for up to 6 people. Not far from nature conservation and recreational areas, swimming lakes and yet you are in downtown in 15 minutes. The house is approximately 45 m² in size and consists of a bedroom with a double bed (1.60 m), a living room with a dining table and a futon sofa bed (1.40 m). From the living room, you can reach the sleeping loft (1.40 m) via a ladder. Both rooms are connected via both the kitchen and the bathroom.

The apartment is located in the basement of our residential building. It can be reached via a separate entrance and has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen on a total of 63 square meters. In the garden there is a covered seating area with a view of the garden and the field. Due to its proximity to the exhibition grounds (10 minutes by car), it is ideal for a visit to a trade fair or concert, but also for family or city trips, as Hanover city center is also only 20 minutes away by car.

Our idyllic cottage from 1730 is located in the middle of the old village center of Wilkenburg (Hemmingen), surrounded by a nature reserve. A breathtaking swimming lake (100 m) and many paths into nature are just a stone's throw away. The city center of Hanover, the Maschsee and the Hanover trade fair can be reached in a 5-10 minute drive. Hanover main station: 8.5 km, airport: 30 km Trade fair: 5.5 km A small country bakery and a private horse farm are just around the corner.

The one-room flat is on the 1st floor and has a separate entrance. Underfloor heating, electric roller shutters, triple-glazed windows, HD TV included Fire TV and much more ensure a pleasant stay. The maximum number of people is 4, but then it's a bit cramped and more suitable for a short stay. The flat is ideal, for example, for 2 adults with 1 to 2 children. A baby or child travel cot and 1 or 2 high chairs can be provided for a small fee (€10 per stay).

The flat is located in beautiful Kirchrode, nevertheless there is good public transfer. There is a direct bus to the fair grounds.

Handmade tiny house for two people. Right on the lake, with a large terrace and sauna. The house was built with ecological materials (wood fiber insulation, clay plaster) and lovingly furnished with solid wood furniture. It has a double bed 160 x 200, a couch, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and dry separation toilet. The house is easily accessible by train. Hämelerwald train station is only a 15-minute walk away.

Golden apartment on the estate

Stylish apartment with one bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious bathroom from which you can watch the pigs in the open air while showering. On our estate there are many more animals to admire - chickens (also roosters!!!! that is, the alarm clock in the morning "rings" sometimes a little earlier), geese, ducks, horses, quails... There is also a small farm shop and there is always a place for barbecues or a campfire.
