I stayed in Dieter's Airbnb to attend a conference at IPK. The house is really well furnished and it has everything you might need for a stay. Dieter is an amazing host, he even printed the house instructions in Italian for me! If you ever need to stay in Gatersleben consider this house!

Sugar-sweet accommodation with everything you need. Close to everything for shopping and also not too far from the train station. We felt very comfortable. Thomas and Sandra were very helpful and were super responsive to our questions. The apartment is very lovingly and high-quality furnished. We found a parking space in the street right in front of the house. It is a quiet residential area and ideal starting point to be in the beautiful downtown in minutes on foot. If you like nature, it's not far either. Highly recommended is a hike to Altenburgwarte, a small lookout tower overlooking Quedlinburg surrounded by magnificent scenery. We were very excited, so 5 stars and clear recommendation to stay here.

I stayed with Astrid and Rainer for a month and felt at home as everything was available to live his everyday life in the apartment in a relaxed way. The apartment maintains a rustic style, with wooden beams and old cabinets and showcases. It's not state-of-the-art, of course, but it has its charm. So always depends on what you're looking for. Visually, you could renew some things, but purely technically everything worked just fine. At most, the wifi is not super strong throughout the apartment, but streaming and working on the laptop still went quite well. The comfortable memory foam bed in the master bedroom is particularly noteworthy. You are of course far away from real city hustle and bustle, have to drive a good distance for tourist cities or the Harz, but everything combined with day trips was feasible. For everyday life, there are beautiful fields within walking distance for walking with views of the village and the surroundings. Supermarkets by car 5 minutes. Glad to come back!
