For the more adventurous we are a short drive to great mountain biking routes at Innerleithen and Peebles. Melrose & Tweedbank railway station is a 10 min drive, Edinburgh is just under an hour away.

Entry to the property involves a set of stairs, and there are internal stairs connecting the two levels.
