Holiday rentals with beach access in Senigallia

Jacopo and his brother are excellent hosts. Very friendly and available for anything. He gave us clear instructions and suggestions regarding places to visit and so forth. It is also very easy to communicate with them. Highly recommended.

Arianna is a beautiful, amazing host! She was so gracious to us-we got in very late and she stayed awake to meet us. We love Rimini and will be back here to stay again! Close to everything to do and the beach! Arianna, we look forward to seeing you again soon!

A great cozy place that has everything you need. We felt very comfortable. It was easy to find and had a good location. Short walk to the beach and promenade. Great communication with Alice. Everything worked out great. I highly recommend it!

A really very nice stay. Claudio was also very flexible as we planned something on the day of our arrival. He was a superb host!

Communication with Andrea was very good. The place was clean and tidy with a large kitchen that we didn't use. We stayed there to go to the circuit. We reached it on foot, but very close there was the possibility of taking a small train that led to the entrance of the circuit (both on the way and back). We were able to park for free in a parking lot indicated by Andrea's mother who brought us the keys. The lady allowed us to check out later, since the next day there were no guests. It was a very nice gesture and appreciated by all of us. Thanks again for your availability

We really enjoyed our stay at Nicolò, Roberta and Thor's! ☺️ We traveled together with our two-year-old daughter, who slept with us in bed, and the location of the apartment was perfect. The long sandy beach is right outside the door (a few meters) and there are small playgrounds everywhere. Communication with Nicolò and Roberta also always worked smoothly. We would definitely come back if we were in Rimini again. Thanks for everything! ☺️🤗

We spent very pleasant days and we had a great time in the apartment that is cozy, well equipped and spacious. Photos and description correspond to reality. Davide is very kind and responsive. The location is perfect to get to know this beautiful area of Italy, which is a perfect mix of art and nature. Absolutely recommended!

Beautiful apartment and Paolo is very nice and helpful. In October it was already quiet, but still nice weather. The only drawback: The house is close to a train route. However, this applies to all houses by the sea and did not bother us after the first day. Overall, we were very satisfied.

A nice family stay, very nice apartment with two terraces that provide shade at any time of the day, fully equipped kitchen, coffee, condiments and even a welcome gift in the cupboards. The same care for the well-being of the traveler in the bathroom equipped with soap, shampoo, towels, all impeccably new and sparkling clean. The new barbecue, available in the backyard, invites you to dine in the shade of olive trees while on the front terrace you can sit to have coffee while watching for a train passing through the nearby station. And why not? You can take a bath in the starlight, the common beach is a few steps away, you feel free and joyful as in childhood.

Had a great holiday at Villa Mariella! The villas are located in a very nice, private environment, there is a beautiful well maintained garden and a nice, clean swimming pool. The villas are very close to the beach. The beach is for a fee but you get a fixed place with an umbrella and two sunbeds. The beach is also clean and tidy. It is also very nice that you can use the bikes for the holes. The city center is easily accessible by bike but also on foot. The hosts are very nice and polite. Had very nice contact.

We rented a large ground floor apartment from Serafina in Senigallia, in a house that stands on a hill. The hill extends into the city. From the garden of the house you can see the Adriatic Sea 3 km away. If you leave the house in the opposite direction, you come directly into the beautiful hilly landscape of the Marche. There you can take small hikes. We were here for the second time and immediately felt at home. This is thanks to Serafina and her husband Francesco, their warmth and hospitality. We will be happy to come back to Senigallia, because Senigallia is a beautiful, modern city connected to its historical heritage, beach life and art.

Apartment of Vincenzo is very nice, big and excellent equipped. Perfect location close to centre but out on evening noise. Vincenzo is very helpful and friendly. Bicycles let us to explore area of Cattolica. I could no wish more for vacation. I reccomend this flat from all my heart!

Excellent location both for the distance from the sea, you cross the road and reach the beach, and from the city center, a walk along the promenade allows you to arrive in a few minutes. Angela and Massimilliano are very friendly and helpful. In between, ask if everything is okay or what is missing. Since they also live in the house themselves, they are quickly on site in case of problems. Communication is quite fast. About the apartment The view will just be phenomenal. But you should be aware beforehand that you are on the 15th floor and the railing is a little more than waist high. Otherwise, everything is positive. The apartment is equipped with everything that is sufficient for daily needs. Kitchen, washing machine, hair dryer, basic amenities and more. Towels and bedding were fresh. Our dog was also very welcome. The cafe on the first floor has a good selection in the morning for coffee and we enjoyed our sack there every evening. The parking is locked and free of charge. It's a few minutes walk to the beach. Across the street and there. We enjoyed our holiday and would be happy to come back.
