A soli 500 metri dalla Rotonda sul Mare, affaccia questo luminosissimo attico fronte mare. L’appartamento, interamente ristrutturato, è ideale per coppie e coppie di amici. Esposto a nord, i terrazzi sono fruibili anche di giorno. Oltre il terrazzo a piano, completa la proprietà un panoramico lastrico solare a uso esclusivo, dotato di zona relax e doccia esterna. The apartment, located on the ground floor of a villa in a very quite place of the city center (Villa Iris), is ideal for holidays or business stays, is located a few hundred meters from the historic center and the main seafront and has a free fenced internal parking for one car, with access via an electric gate, a real convenience and rarity for the central location of the structure, where it is a problem to find a parking space even outside the tourist season.

Very close to the port, the Museum, the Teatro delle Muse, the Pinacoteca, the municipal library and the University of Economics. The main bus stops are a few meters away, the train station is easily accessible. N.B. Street parking is metered from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Central, View over old city, free park

The apartment, panoramic and very bright, is located in Corso Bersaglieri (Borgo Sant’Antonio), within the ancient medieval walls of the city, a few minutes walk from the Cathedral of San Lorenzo. I chose to furnish it using some objects from the ancient Umbrian peasant tradition to make you live the authentic experience of the Umbrian village. You will be able to park in Viale Sant'Antonio or park for free in the guarded car park with my card.
