Summer 2025 in Senigallia ☀️🏖️ "Il mare in città" is a charming apartment in the heart of Senigallia, a stone's throw from the sea. It was my home for a long time and now I make it available to you, my traveling friends. Kitchen and living room in an open space environment, a double bedroom with walk-in closet, a bathroom with shower and full amenities. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, TV in both the kitchen and bedroom. Access is via Self Check-in. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment.

The apartment located on the 2nd floor of a condominium with elevator, is only 800 meters from the sea and the center. Possibility of parking on the condominium property and free parking on the surrounding streets. It is a 5-minute walk to the sea, a 5-minute bike ride to the center and a 10-15 minute walk. Tourist tax: €1/day per guest to be paid in cash at check-out, up to a maximum of 7 days, children under 15 years are exempt.

The main bus stops are a few meters away, the train station is easily accessible. N.B. Street parking is metered from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

The “Dimora nel Borgo” is a cozy home in the medieval historic center of Maiolati Spontini.
