Quiet and peaceful BnB in the Italian province. There is a separate small house at guests' disposal. The territory is fenced. The owner's house is located on the same territory. Kitchen with sofa bed for one person, stove, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, cutlery, dishes. Bedroom with TV, comfortable sofa bed for two, bookcase, mirror. Shower and toilet in private. towels, bathrobes, shampoo, shower gel. There is a private sauna. There is a swimming pool with sun loungers and towels.

The suite is part of the family home but feels completely separate with its own entrance into a spacious living area overlooking the olive trees. The most beautiful beaches of the coast (Urbani, San Michele and Sassi Neri) are within walking distance (10-15 minutes). The rooms are bright and cosy, with independent air conditioning, strongbox and minibar. The bathroom features a wide shower and a hairdryer. The shared garden has tables and chairs to enjoy open-air breakfast and the parking is just 150 m away from the room.
