Very warm welcome. The accommodation was perfect in every way. Inside and out, everything is designed to make you feel good during your stay. Very suitable also for our small dogs. Perfect location for visiting the area and its beautiful waterfalls. Special mention for the impeccable cleanliness of the accommodation.

A charming place, surrounded by greenery and cows, ideal for relaxing. Isabelle, our hostess, is a very welcoming and smiling person, who was able to inform us well. The only small inconvenience of our stay was the lack of outdoor light to enjoy the terrace in the evening, or maybe we couldn't find it. Anyway, it didn't spoil our very pleasant weekend.

We had a very pleasant stay. We were two couples with 3 kids < 10 years old and a teenager. The house is perfect for this configuration with its dorm for the little ones. The location is very good for and visiting and accessing the redheads. The house is in perfect condition and has everything you need to enjoy this beautiful area. Our hosts were very responsive and enjoyable. I recommend

I love Little Mountain a very large house with all the things you need. One of the cleanest homes on Airbnb! The kitchen is spectacular with a great selection of dishes, stoves... Diane, Jean-Marie and Nano are really GREAT HOSTS! So nice, positive and warm, the whole house is full of positive energy, as well as the neighbors, and we felt right at home! And if you have a dog, it is a real paradise surrounded by nature. Thank you so much I was almost a bit sad to leave and say goodbye. Highly recommend you to stay in La Petite Montagne!!! Thank you we have plenty of beautiful memories🤩

A perfect stay! The place is peaceful, very clean and as described. We really appreciated the calm, the cleanliness of the place and also being able to bring our dogs thanks to the secure outdoor space. Hosts are very welcoming, available, and caring. Had a very soothing stay. A perfect mini city retreat with a plus for the magnificent view of the park and the small library. I would recommend, and would not hesitate to come back.

We spent the 1 night, explored Annecy on foot, everything within the immediate reach, great music from the bar in the evening, didn't bother us at all, great tip for dinner, used parking house "bonlieu" 2nd basement with camera surveillance, as 2 bikes are mounted on the car (3 - 9 am 11 euros).

The apartment is very pleasant, nicely decorated, as described, very well-equipped and very well located, at the foot of the slopes. Hugues and his wife are responsive, available and attentive. I recommend it.

We spent a week as a family at this lovely place. Very clean and really well equipped (multiple cooking utensils, fondue raclette... and board games). Good location! (1 hour from Mont Blanc , 40 minutes from Annecy and close to Switzerland). Anthony gave us a lot of ideas for going out and cheese (fruit shop). The plus: the stove that heats up when you get back from a walk is really very pleasant! The least: the space lacks sound insulation so as not to be disturbed by the noises of the daily life of the hosts strongly above. But we really recommend this place and will be happy to come back!

Highly recommend! Patricia is friendly and her place had everything our family of six needed. The bikes were really handy and we enjoyed the garden too.

We'd love to come back. Very clean. Ideal for 4 people. Centrally located. Street noise no problem with closed windows. Thonon is not a pure tourist city and that makes the stay very authentic. The mountains are 30-45 minutes by car. Very nice hikes. Bathing beaches without end. We'll be back.

William was very kind, and cheerful at the time of giving us the recommendations, the house is very clean, very organized, you really feel at home, the heating works very well, you never feel cold. We would like to return soon

Wow what a wonderful holiday. We had a fantastic time. The house was lovely with a great outdoor area and pool. It was very peaceful but not far from the town centre (5-10 min walk). There you could find a boulangerie, small supermarket and several restaurants. You could walk to the lake in about 10 - 15 mins. We did not bother hiring a car. Instead we hired bicycles for some of the holiday. We also did lots of walking. It was very hot but fortunately we had aircon in the house. I would definitely go there again. We previously stayed in Annecy but this was more relaxing. It took about 25 mins to cycle to Annecy and you can almost exclusively do this on cycle paths. The hosts were extremely helpful even though they were on holiday in Brasil as we had one small issue with the power that they managed to quickly resolve.

Beautiful home, clean, true to photos. The environment is quiet, nice view. Good bedding Good value for money. I did not have the opportunity to meet the host but he is very responsive, accommodating and friendly by message I highly recommend it.

Where do we begin? Our stay at Fabrice’s villa was the perfect start to our honeymoon tour of Europe. Nestled in the breathtaking French countryside, the scenery alone was worth the trip—rolling hills, peaceful skies, and pure tranquility. Fabrice welcomed us with a bottle of champagne and helpful tips for exploring the area, including how to venture into nearby Switzerland. The shower was spa-worthy, the kitchen fully stocked, and the entire home felt like a peaceful escape. Fabrice and his family were warm and thoughtful hosts who made us feel like family. If you’re looking for a romantic and scenic retreat in France, this is it. We can’t wait to return.

We had a great time, the villa has stunning views of Lake Annecy. Amenities are as described in the listing, quiet neighborhood. Easy and very friendly communication with Laura and Lisa. We recommend this location!
