Uniquely positioned, the house is both central and secluded, providing a peaceful retreat for those who appreciate quiet, simplicity, and breathtaking views, while still being close to all the action.

Villa Podotas/House on the sea !

Α beautiful Cycladic house , located on the rocks , only one meter from the sea ! Words are not enough to describe the view of the Agean sea ,Kamares bay and the unique location! The house is renovated since January 2022 and is fully equipped for a very comfortable stay .A balcony with amazing sea view and a yard with private access to the sea !. The beach of Kamares is about 130 meters and the distance from the center of the village is about 250 meters .

Melia suites, Serifos

An ideal getaway to Serifos, the guesthouses Melia are half way between the port (Livadi) and the town (Chora) offering views to the port of Serifos, the deep blue Aegean Sea and Sifnos across the water. In my Cycladic Studio, which is 39 sq.m. and is located in the heart of Serifos Town you will find peace and tranquility. Walking only 3 minutes on foot through the traditional steps of Chora, and close to the Castle where you will find restaurants, bars, supermarkets and a bus or taxi station. The studio is fully equipped with the necessary for your stay. To access the house you will need to climb about 25 steps.!

It has a small kitchen, modern bathroom with shower, and a terrace with beautiful unobstructed panoramic views of the countryside, sea, and other islands. The house is a simple studio but has the necessary modern conveniences--including air conditioning--and is very private. It accommodates two people comfortably.
