The house is very good, the rooms are spacious, living room, equipped kitchen and the outdoor area of the pool are excellent to enjoy with the family! They were very pleasant days! We went with children and there was plenty of room in the house and outdoor area to play, good for all ages, in addition to the pool that is successful too! Fabiana and Gustavo are very attentive and kind!

A great place for a couple who want to spend a few days in Itaipava, Condominio has a great leisure area and is very close to everything from Feirinha de Itaipava to restaurants and shopping malls in Itaipava. It's worth getting to know.

We had a wonderful weekend at Fazenda Maria Comprida on a family trip with 24 people, including children, and we were all very well accommodated in the 9 suites. Dear Roberta's welcome made all the difference, welcoming us with affection and attention from the very first moment. Staff are amazing: helpful, friendly and always willing to help. The rooms are comfortable, cozy and beautifully cared for. The surrounding countryside is simply stunning, bringing peace and beauty to every corner of the farm. And we couldn't help but praise the delicious food prepared by Tânia and Ingrid ,made with a lot of caprice and that won us all. We returned with a heart full of good memories and counting the days to return! Thanks for everything!

We spent an excellent weekend with a group of 8 families. The house is actually prepared to receive large groups. The owner is very helpful, as well as the auxiliaries that have been recommended to us. We recommend it and we will return for sure.

The house is a charm! A quiet and quiet place to relax! The electric barbecue is very good, we have never made a barbecue with such practicality! The kitchen had everything we needed. We had a great time with the Fliperama, had several games available and everything worked perfectly. The jacuzzi and the site for the fire pit are great for starry nights! We took our kitty and were super quiet, because the terrain is all screened, I highly recommend it to those who have a pet! We would definitely come back!

Since the consultation, Guedes responded promptly and kindly. After we made the reservation, Guedes got in touch to provide clear and accurate guidance. The instructions for arriving at the location were perfect. The house itself is wonderful, with a very beautiful view, plenty of space, amenities and comfort. We were able to enjoy all the leisure space, both adults and children had a great time! The caretakers were very kind, helped us and attended to us promptly in everything that was needed. I would definitely come back!

Our stay at Grazia's house exceeded all our expectations. The place is a peaceful retreat, surrounded by very green and beautiful scenery. We had moments of family get-together including a night of baked pizzas in the wood-fired oven with instructions provided with great affection from Grazia. The house was impeccably clean, comfortable and cozy rooms. The kitchen is equipped with all kinds of utensils and appliances that guarantee the preparation of any type of meal. Vilma was available all the time, always posted to solve any type of request, including finding at the last minute a pizzeria that provided us with fresh dough pizzas to bake in the wood-fired oven of the gourmet area. Grazia is so friendly and always willing to help. Without any doubt, we will stay more often in the “casinha da serra”, where we build incredible memories.

A beautiful sanctuary of peace and tranquility. The place was clean and just as described. Sandra was always a message away. Truly a unique site. The Itaipava Country Club, which the house is part of, provides excellent amenities for a small fee (tennis, swimming etc). The place is very secure. Tip: when arriving, don’t punch in Sandra’s address into Google maps, it will misdirect you. Instead, input the Itaipava Country Club.

Mr. Marcus is an excellent host. I've stayed in his apartment before and it's always a good experience. Pleasant environment and location, close to the main tourist landmarks.

The property is great! It was possible to enjoy both Sol days and rainy days. We went with a cat and a dog and since all windows have a mosquito net, we can leave the windows open and the cat inside the house safely. The outside area has a lot of space so it was great for the children and the dog to run at will and play ball. The hosts are super receptive and have all the questions answered. The house has automation with voice commands, which makes entertainment much easier. Finally, despite being an airbnb you'll feel like you're in a hotel, hosts offer plenty of amenities beyond the basics!

The house, although old (construction, furniture and utensils) is well located, in a quiet environment. Some moldy-smelling rooms that soon dissipated when we opened doors and windows. The high setting of the house is an all-glazed solarium, excellent for a breakfast in the sun or a wine in the evening.

The house is simply fantastic,in every detail. The surrounding nature is also fascinating. The house has all the utensils anyone may need,the host always very attentive and proactive. It was an amazing and remarkable experience for our family. We'll come back more often for sure.

Beautiful, cozy house with barbecue, pool and full kitchen. We spent the Easter holiday very happy, in the middle of nature and also with a tour of the Valley of the Videiras. Toni is sensational. We'll always be back!

The loft is a delight, amidst the green, inside a condominium and super close to the center of Araras, where you can find markets with quality products and good restaurants. The only points of improvement would be the curtains that do not prevent the passage of clarity and a slightly larger barbecue with a water point ( sink) near the pool. However, this becomes small, when we consider the beauty of the place and the attention of the owners ! We would return with ctza !

Great option in Petrópolis, with good cost x benefit. The house is a grace, great space, very clean, well decorated, organized and close to the Centre. The pool is outstanding! It has all the necessary kitchen utensils, in addition to the impeccable bed and bath linen. Excellent stay! The room has no air conditioning, but it was not an issue, the fan gave the message Hosts are practical, polite and discreet. We will definitely return!

It was an excellent choice. Mr. Gustavo was super attentive and the lodging corresponded to the listing. If there is a chance, we will certainly come back other times. Super satisfied. Only the time that did not help, as it rained too much.

The house is simply wonderful, the space is perfect and beautiful, we have an excellent carnival and we already want to return to this paradise. Itamar and Raquel are attentive and kind people, very few adjustments are needed for the house to be even more perfect, such as a refrigerator or freezer in the gourmet area.

We had a wonderful stay! The house is super comfortable, spacious, well equipped and exactly like in the pictures, but what really surprised us was the structure of the condominium. The site is safe, well taken care of and offers a complete infrastructure to relax and have fun: heated swimming pool, sports courts, gym, leisure area and entertainment for children. The countryside is quiet, perfect for those looking for rest, but with entertainment options for the whole family. We will definitely return and recommend to anyone who wants to combine comfort, leisure and practicality in one place!

Estadia and perfect accommodations, the kitchen deserves a fryer as an additional amenity, the recommended assistant was essential, the house was excellent for the children who played a lot on the lawn.

The apartment is great. Aconchegante and everything you need to spend the weekend. The electronic lock is very practical, you don't have to worry about carrying keys. Julio, the owner, gave us all the instructions for use of the apartment and was always on standby to answer the messages. Very friendly. The condominium is delicious. It has a restaurant, pool, sauna and hot pool area, natural water duchon, river that runs beside, courts.... Anyway, a great option to spend as a family.
