Detailing the excellent place, the shower with the natural pool and the river are the main attractions, plus it has a cold and heated pool. The restaurant's food is good. I found the space with tables, chairs and sun umbrellas around the little Duchão, it was very full all morning and we ended up not sitting down. The river was calm, good para.criancas, but it has no life-saving, which can be a risk in case of a water trunk. The cold pool had saved lives.

Clean and comfortable environment. Great value for money! The restaurant at the hotel itself is a differential (as much as I have had an unpleasant problem that was bypassed with a bit of waiting)

Located in a very cozy apartment, the view of the pool is wonderful, all new and complete, wonderful stay! The concierge is super helpful and always willing to assist us. The thermal insulation of the apartment is excellent and despite the cold we were comfortable inside the apartment. All perfect.

I stayed with my girlfriend for the rock in the mountain festival, everything was great, the room was clean and organized, Fabio responded quickly to any difficulty and gave well organized instructions on everything related to hosting. I stayed in the small suite and liked it very much. Clean, organized, all new, comfortable bed. Lia is thinking of the smallest details to make the stay enjoyable. Near all the restaurants and shopping malls, I practically didn't use the car for anything. An obs: visitors' car seats are on a first come first order, so it is possible that it arrives and there is no vacancy, you will have to park somewhere else to wait.

Beautiful place! House perfectly as described in the photos, but the leisure area, in person, is much more beautiful and cozy, we loved everything, and we will be back. The caretaker is friendly, ready to help us with what was needed, and it was nothing related to the stay, which was perfect, in addition to being very polite and discreet. The house is exactly like in the pictures. Beautiful Gramado! A delight to have a coffee in the morning in the hammock listening to the birds. Although the house is in a gated condominium overlooking the green, there is easy access to markets and bakeries, and can even be done by. Artur was extremely attentive with us. Our stay was amazing! Marcia was super proactive and attentive from the beginning, always available and full of good tips. The house is beautiful, well equipped, super clean and the condominium is quiet, safe and full of green, perfect for relaxing. The region has great tour options, and following Marcia's suggestions made all the difference. A special affection: finding the tidy bed with a chocolate mime was that touch that makes us feel at home. I highly recommend and we will definitely return!

Simone is an amazing person who answers you quickly and the house is impeccable, super complete, leaves nothing to be desired. many children's toys and adult games, bedding and etc... extremely clean, very well organized and clean house. SUPER INDICO, not to mention that it is close to everything, good restaurants, markets and very close bakery.
