The perfect location to relax and drink some wine admiring the peace of the lake. You will never want to leave this place.

The apartment is located in a dominant position on Lake Maggiore and the ancient village of Belgirate, located within a residence of only eight units, one of the few solutions with a swimming pool in the surroundings (shared with a few and open from mid-June until the end of September). A few minutes' walk away you will reach the lake and the town center where you will find all the main services: mini market, bars, restaurants, laundry, pharmacy, tobacco shop. The Darsena di Villa Sardagna, since 1720 belonging to the noble villa of the same name in Blevio, is a one-of-a-kind open space, made of ancient stone, white wood and glass. It overlooks a splendid panorama characterized by the historic Larian villas, including the Grand Hotel Villa D'Este. It offers a magnificent sunbathing terrace, ideal for romantic sunset aperitifs. Upon reservation, it offers breakfast, lunch and dinner service, as well as boat-renting and limousine taxi boats.
