Holiday rentals with a balcony in Setubal

This flat in Chiado was the perfect place to start our trip to Portugal. Pedro met me at the door to deliver the keys, help with my luggage, and explain everything I needed to know. The apartment is lovely—super well-equipped, clean, and very comfortable. We especially loved the sunny living room and the ability to let fresh air in. Great recommendations for restaurants and sights were provided —all within walking distance. Pedro was very responsive to any questions or requests. Highly recommend!

The hosts were very responsive and helpful. They really made sure check in was easy and the communication was great. The apartment was clean and in such a great location. When we were there the surrounding area’s were nice and quiet. Also we felt safe walking back in the area after a night out. I would stay there again and would recommend.

Had an absolutely lovely stay! Angela was incredibly kind, had lots of great recommendations for Lisbon, and made me feel right at home. The apartment is quite cozy, located in a very walkable neighborhood, and close to the center of town. Would absolutely recommend for short or long term stays, and can’t wait to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay. The Fado E Fado nearby was short and a good taste. The trolly east-west walking to water was an easy way to see what everyone climbs up to see. The elevator by the grocery, out to right, goes to the castle with amazing funny peacocks, out the door to left is a public elevator at 3A that goes down 5 flights to zero on the next street to the west. Great way to get to the middle tourist zone. We had a drink on the roof of Hotel Chiado. Lots to see. The hole on the beach road with the small geyser when waves came under another high point.

LOVE LOVE LOVE! We went on a girls trip to Lisbon. 3 of us with a baby and it was beyond perfection. All of us were so happy with the airbnb and the facilities. Our host was so helpful and super responsive :) Thank you so much for having us!!! Would 1000% recommend!

A great location, we used this property for a team attending a conference at the FIL convention centre, the apartment was clean modern and the team were a joy to deal with.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was exactly what we needed. The booking process and communication was so easy and very clear. The accommodation and rooms are all as described although some reviews mentioning the broken chairs are accurate. We had one unusable chair but we were only 4 people so not a problem. We were missing some of the items listed as included in the property listing such as washing up liquid, kitchen roll, shampoo. However we had our own shampoo and there is a supermarket opposite - and a Lidl very close by - so it was easy to get these things. We would definitely stay here again!

A very beautiful space and a very practical house. Best of all is the pool and the calm. Good to stay for a few days....because there's not much to do in the area.

Great spot and good management

Fantastic experience, and a great place to stay in Lisbon! You will be outside of the heavy tourist traffic in a neighborhood with tons of character. The apartment was spotless, comfortable and well furnished. Great views from the balconies, and the patio is great for sunset views of Lisbon. Our host arranged an airport pickup for us and check-in was smooth, with lots of helpful recommendations. There are great places to eat nearby, and several convenient mini marts to pick up the essentials for your stay. Overall, we could not have asked for more!

paid parking was confusing. located among great restaurants. catmandu was amazing. lots of people walking around. an eclectic neighborhood but felt very safe. views were amazing. quiet bldg amongst the hustle and bustle of Lisbon.

This apartment is a winner, and is exactly as described in the listing. Edite was a wonderful host that was avaliable by text to help on request for the duration of our stay. The location is great - very near the river, but far enough away that it doesn't feel crowded. Its an extremely walkable location, although there are both public transport options and cheap Uber close by. Highly recommended.

Really enjoyed my stay. Amazing location surrounded by cafes, restaurants and sight seeing. The unit is super well equipped with everything you need. It gets lots of natural light and it’s well furnished. I particularly enjoyed being able to leave open the double doors that lead to the balcony.

The apartment is very spacious and the location is very good. If you come by car the apartment space is really good and just makes your life easier.

We stayed at Chiara's condo in March 2025. The keyless entry was very nice as we did not have to worry about keys, however, keys were also made available to us. The condo was as described and we loved the cool vibe that her decor provided! The condo is in an excellent location within walking distance of restaurants, little supermarkets and attractions. Chiara provided us with a list of "must see" attractions and her favourite restaurants. She arranged an airport transfer for us which we appreciated very much! If we should travel to Lisbon again, I would not hesitate to stay here and will also recommend her condo to friends who may be travelling to the city!
