On top of genuinely getting what's in the description, which is already pretty decent, and a responsive host ready to adjust checkin and checkout times for my convenience, the showering facilities are worth mentioning. a decent shower pressure and hot water temperature is not guaranteed, so it got my attention. Also, amazing towels! I am sure I will be back.

This was the perfect base for our weekend away. The accomodation was clean and homely in beautiful surroundings, and Silvana was a fantastic host.

Lots of space, clean, comfortable and good location. Liz is a great host, made us feel welcome and was quick to answer any questions. Would definitely recommend it.

Perfect place for our needs visiting family in the area…..everything you need for a short stay including unexpected iron and board which my partner was delighted to find as his shirt was crumpled by the journey! I actually stayed twice at this location during my holiday in UK. It provided a great base in London for the beginning of my vacation and then a welcoming place to return to after visits in the countryside. The flat was clean, comfortable and the quirkiness of the bathroom and kitchen layout was stylishly amusing. I particularly appreciated the complimentary coffee, cereal and teas and the touches of fresh flowers in the room. The hosts were friendly and accommodated my luggage request to store my large suitcase between the first and second stay. It saved me from having to lug it around the countryside. I will definitely be back when I next visit London.

A gem of a find, the property was spacious and well equipped for our needs! Really appreciate being given early access in order to freshen up before attending a family funeral. Would definitely recommend 🤩❤️

We really enjoyed our night in this beautiful, quiet, clean place. The breakfast was a really lovely touch and we really enjoyed it whilst sitting out on the patio, listening to the birdsong and sipping our proper cup of coffee. We'll definitely be back.

A lovely stay at Julie’s property which made a perfect base to visit Brands Hatch for the weekend! She was a responsive and friendly host, property is private, you wouldn’t even know you’re attached to the main house! Will definitely making a return visit to explore more of the lovely Kent countryside

We really enjoyed our stay. Andrew was waiting for us and made our arrival very welcoming. The Annex was clean and comfortable. The food that you provided was appreciated. We had a couple of scenic walks around the pretty village and enjoyed our journey on the Bluebell Supper train.

Lovely quiet location with a nice view from the bedroom. The room was closer to the house than expected but we never saw the host after arriving and certainly didn't feel like it wasnt private enough. The room was a great size, the bed super comfy and the shower room fantastic. Overall a lovely night away with the setting and surroundings providing the rest and recuperation needed.

Must be one of the best and best value AirBnB in West London. Accommodation is excellent with highlights being; very clean, large comfortable bed, modern bathroom, comfortable living kitchen, great sheltered sunny outside relaxing area, innumerable well designed and thought out details that make this a home from home. Hosts are very helpful and kind with lots of suggestions for places to eat, etc. Their suggestion to go to Hampton Court Palace by the Turks boat was the best possible way to arrive and only £10 return. Highly recommended!!

My wife and I had a wonderful overnight stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect – so convenient for accessing trains to London. The self contained unit itself was beautifully presented, spotlessly clean, and so comfortable. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout (Elizabeth provided a full bottle of milk, coffee pods and biscuits!). The bed was comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Communication with Elizabeth was excellent. They were incredibly responsive and provided all the information we needed for a smooth check-in and a pleasant stay. We felt very well looked after. Overall, this Airbnb exceeded our expectations. It was the perfect base for our weekend getaway, and we wouldn't hesitate to book again in the future. Highly recommended!

We had a pleasant stay in Lewes in Steve’s Airbnb. Everything you could need can be found in this small but cosy accommodation. We found welcome treats for us. Importantly it was spotless & the bed was very comfortable. Easy to access transport to various locations & festivals. The centre of Lewes itself is within walking distance with taxis readily available for returning to the house!

I enjoyed my stay at Rangi's annex. The accommodation was perfect for me - private - but I liked the idea of being attached to the main house, in case I needed anything . The kitchen was very well appointed. Thank you, Rangi, for your kindness and making me feel so welcome.

Rented this my parents to stay for 4 nights and they were very pleased with the high standards of everything in the flat! Very clean, tidy and with all amenities needed for the stay. Christy as host is very friendly and easy to communicate with. Can highly recommend this property 😀

A lovely Airbnb. We had great weather so it was lovely to have our own garden to sit and have a cuppa in the sunshine watching the birds. A nice quiet area so we slept really well in a very comfy bed. The annexe had everything we needed and was ideally placed to explore Rye, Batemans etc. Natalie was a great host and we would definitely stay again if we’re in the area.

Such a lovely couple. They were extremely flexible with us. They live close by so they greeted us. We were assured that if any problems arises they would be solved. Thank you so much for providing us with such an accommodating stay. Would be sure to stay again and would recommend to anyone else!

The Rose Cottage was for us very pleasant and conveniant. My wife and I were here two nights. The day in between we visited our daughter and her Australian boyfriend who lives and works in London. The reception by Reginas husband was very warm, we felt welcome immediately. It was very conveniant that there ware all kinds of food and drinks for breakfast. Plenty of cutlery and a good, sharp kitchen knive, which is very rare in an AirBnB accommodation. The contact with the host Regina was perfect. She reacted promptly on every message or question we send. A fine extra is the use of the beautiful garden and the terrace. Also a plus was the nearby train station, indeed a 2 minutes walk. From here trains run to Waterloo Station. In short, the Rose Cottage is a very good place for visiting London city and sleeping in a less busy place nearby.

We stayed with Mike for a just 2 nights but it was such a great stay. Mike took so many steps both before and during our visit that made it a good experience, but whilst still giving us space. Check in was easy and we were given clear instructions, Mike was extra helpful when we found out we were travelling with our little one. The space itself had everything we needed and was actually more spacious than I was expecting too with extra little touches too. A local convenience store was within walking distance and really close to the beach too. Thanks again for having us

From start to finish Matthew and his family were amazing. Really friendly and so helpful. The place was beautiful and ticked all the boxes for what we were looking for. Couldn’t recommend highly enough
