Centuries ago, a castle called ‘Huis Ulft’ was located on the premises. It used to belong to the sister of one of the Netherlands most important historical figures. Nowadays, the location still resembles a fairytale’s beauty. The cottage is comfortably equipped with facilities as a large private terrace, multiple unique bedrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen.

The signal tower Linn was built in the 1920s and has now been extensively renovated after being decommissioned over 20 years ago. With love for the details and an eye for its historical origins, a unique and extremely atmospheric location has been created. On the 1st floor there is the loft-like living area with a cozy living/dining area - and the unique 180-degree view. On the lower level there are the 2 bedrooms, the laundry room and the shower room with a toilet.

Dit huis zorgt voor een heerlijk vakantie gevoel door de mooie ligging bij het water, aan de Maasplassen en nagenoeg tegen het centrum van het sfeervolle vestingsstadje Stevensweert. De woning is in 2023 volledig gerenoveerd. Het huis is gelegen op het vakantie park Porte Isola en in de nabije omgeving kan men heerlijk wandelen en fietsen.
