Air-conditioned apartment, very bright, overlooking a garden on the edge of the causse comtal. Suitable for a couple with one or two children. Not suitable for four adults. Located in Gages (12630) 15 km (20’) from the center of Rodez. 43 m2 of living space including 12 m2 in mezzanine. Laundry (washing-machachine, dryer, freezer) South-facing terrace of 14 m2 with gas plancha and shade sail. Adjoining the owners house but totally independent.
