Cozy and clean as described. Very well connected to Seville, easy to get to and without having to move the vehicle. Good interaction with Luis, with useful information included. If I go back to Seville, I'll stay here again.

Paula is a great host, the apartment is very cozy and located in a quiet area with plenty of parking, close to the beach and bars, supermarkets, etc.... a very nice experience, to repeat, without a doubt.

We were a weekend for a wedding and she waited for us on our arrival around 8:00 pm. Good communication is fast. Parking became easy, there was always some gap nearby and the location great because it is quite close by car to the center of Seville. Thank you Maria!! We will surely be back

The house is very nice and has all the amenities. We were 8 people and we were very comfortable. We were able to take a dip in the pool and BBQ. The location and views are ideal, next to the beach. The owner is very attentive, helpful and friendly. Highly recommended
