Oak wood flooring and works by local artists. San Julián neighborhood, historic center but away from the tourist hustle and bustle to get to know the authentic local Seville. Surrounded by churches and convents on a very quiet street but 5 minutes from the Alameda and Calle Feria, where the bars and liveliest area are.

Ideal studio for couples. It has a bedroom with a queen size bed and also a sofa bed for a third person. The apartment is located in the Barrio de Santa Cruz, in a very quiet pedestrian street in the center of Seville, right next to the Arab Baths, a few meters from the Cathedral and El Alcázar and less than 10 minutes away from Las Setas and the commercial area. The studio is on a ground floor and faces a very quiet inner courtyard. It has air conditioning, heating and WiFi.

The town where the apartment is called Alfalfa is on of the most charming areas of the old town of Seville. Just in 5 minutes walking you can arrive to the area of Barrio Santa Cruz where the main momuments are ( Cathedral, Alcazar etc.. ). Also 5 mins walking you will arrive to the MUSHROOMS ( LAS SETAS )

Loft on the ground floor with all the comforts. Located right in the center, in the Arenal neighborhood par excellence to come and discover Seville. It has a double bed 150 cm x 190 cm and a sofa bed convertible into a double bed 160 cm x 190 cm, sheets and towels are included. The bathroom has a shower, it also includes shower gel and shampoo. The kitchen equipped with microwave, hob, small fridge and freezer, electric juicer and toaster.

A peaceful interior courtyard is surrounded by arched metalwork and colorful walls. Potted plants, including tall palms and various greenery, are arranged on the marble floor, providing a lush atmosphere. Upper balconies are visible, framed by intricate iron railings.
