The town where the apartment is called Alfalfa is on of the most charming areas of the old town of Seville. Just in 5 minutes walking you can arrive to the area of Barrio Santa Cruz where the main momuments are ( Cathedral, Alcazar etc.. ). Also 5 mins walking you will arrive to the MUSHROOMS ( LAS SETAS )

Loft on the ground floor with all the comforts. Located right in the center, in the Arenal neighborhood par excellence to come and discover Seville. It has a double bed 150 cm x 190 cm and a sofa bed convertible into a double bed 160 cm x 190 cm, sheets and towels are included. The bathroom has a shower, it also includes shower gel and shampoo. The kitchen equipped with microwave, hob, small fridge and freezer, electric juicer and toaster.

An inviting interior courtyard is surrounded by lush greenery and potted plants. A decorative fountain is set against a vibrant tiled backdrop, with smooth stone tiles underfoot. Natural light filters gently through the surrounding architecture, creating a peaceful atmosphere.
